This hotel is terrible! First of all, we made a reservation online. They didn’t charge by room, but by head (because all meals were included), but the price was still more expensive. But two people and two rooms cost 1,500 per night, and five people and two rooms cost 3,750 per night), so we want to cancel. The next day they changed their attitude and told us that the hotel could not be canceled and we had to pay the original price, which was much more expensive. If we had known better, we would have changed hotel! We were not even allowed to go out to see the animals without paying, which delayed us for an hour. There is no hot water, there is no wifi in the room, there are many mosquitoes, and the curtains are still broken.
