Great hostel From now on my main hostel in amman Almost perfect in every way only a little bit cold

The Russian girl at the front desk is very cute. She has been to China and knows a little bit of Chinese! All the staff are friendly~ The room is very clean, you need to change into slippers when entering the accommodation area, the price is affordable! like!

Great place, quiet and very friendly staff

I arrived really early in the morning (around 2am) and they made the check-in easy with the instructions they provided before my arrival. The definitely go above and beyond. All of the staff are friendly and really helpful. The location is great, it's just a short walk over to some of the sites. There's a great view from the rooftop and there's a more chill patio in the back where the restaurant is. After booking with them, they send you a link so you can book tours/activities through their website.

I had an amazing stay at Carob Hostel in Amman, Jordan! The location was perfect, situated near the Amman Citadel with breathtaking views of the city. The affordability of the hostel was a definite bonus, and the facilities were great for both solo and group travellers. One of the best parts of my stay at Carob Hostel was the selection of tours available for booking. The staff were incredibly helpful in recommending and booking tours for me, which made my trip even more enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and gave me great advice on places to eat and visit in the city. The hostel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. I felt at home during my entire stay and had the chance to meet other travellers from around the world. Overall, I highly recommend Carob Hostel to anyone travelling to Amman, Jordan. The location, affordability, and helpful staff make it an ideal choice for travellers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

the staffs in the hostel is extremely friendly, great location, just a mins walk to the busiest area with a lot of resturants. if you are looking for a budget place with good condition, here is the place

This hostel is beautiful. A great peaceful place to stand after a day of visit. The vegan breakfast is homecooked and delicious! The staff is nice and they will help you in any situation. Thanks a lot

A really lovely hostel in Amman, very close to the Citadel and within walking distance of other great attractions. Friendly staff and very clean - I would highly recommend staying here if you're in Amman!

Kind staff, relaxing environment. You need to pay for the breakfast extra but it is really refreshing. Drinking water always available. Plus the matresses are wide and new! You can sleep very well also in the dorm because each bed has it's own curtain. And you can sleep long because the check out is until 11 a.m. The terrace is big wih comfortable sofas and a lot of plants.

Disclaimer: if you’re worried about Covid, masking is zero to none w staff and not encouraged of guests, so probably not for you. However, this hostel is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful view, well located, delicious breakfast, helpful amenities and maps and information and tour options. It’s clearly a great social hub and hopping hang out (in more normal times, of course) and it is such a fun place to stay and meet other travelers. They were super helpful with PCR testing to get back on the flight home and with arranging airport transfers. It felt very generous. I would absolutely recommend to any friends traveling in the area.

As soon as I booked this hostel, I was send an email with so much information on the area, and general advice with taxis! The staff were absolutely brilliant and friendly with everything! As soon as you open the gate, the stress of the city is gone and you're surrounded by plants, beautiful views and lovely people. The city can feel overwhelming, but I knew as soon as I got that first email, that I was in good hands.

Hele fijne accommodatie. Schoon, sfeervol en fantastische service. Wij hebben hier aan het begin van onze reis 2 nachten doorgebracht in een privé kamer. Beviel zo goed dat we de reis met nog een nacht in Carob hebben afgesloten. Goede koffie en heerlijk eten. Wordt vanuit het hostel ook leuke activiteiten georganiseerd.

Nos premières nuits en Jordanie, ns avons bookes deux nuits pr visiter Amman. Aucune déception, tout était parfait ;) L’accueil chaleureux, un personnel de l’hôtel ns fait le tour des lieux, prends le temps de ns expliquer le fonctionnement de l hostel. Chambre spacieuse, deux très grandes terrasses , petit déjeuner très copieux et fait maison sur place pr 5,5 Jod/pers. Une belle expérience, que ns recommandons les yeux fermés ;)
