I booked the wrong location, but they didn't refund me. I clicked the wrong location, but they booked it in a few countries. I'm really impressed by the positioning system.

It's ok food is so so not good is average room is ok not very clear and good normal stay not good not bad

Nice and clean hotel. Large rooms with hot water and kettle. In the city center not far from the Golden Temple, that you can reach with a tuk tuk. . Friendly staff and ready to meet your needs. Breakfast on demand in the hall of the hotel, or in your room

Considering this hotel as a budget hotel, i would consider it a good hotel for a stay. The room is adequately furnished with basic amenities like adequate furniture, tv, ac, towels, shampoo, soap etc. The mattress on the bed is of good density (unlike many hotels with soft mattresses) which gives a good peaceful night's sleep. The behaviour of the staff is polite. On departure, the staff did not even ask for tip, but considering their good support and behaviour, we paid a small sum as tip to the person who carried our baggage to the room. The hotel has a lift which is very useful for carrying luggage from basement parking to the room. Another good thing is that it has a spacious basement parking. The kitchen serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We ordered only tea and aloo parantha. The quality of tea could have been improved. Now let us consider the flip side. The hotel is not situated on the main road but in the lane on a main queen's road. The gully is not comfortable if you carry your vehicle. So, hire a taxi instead. There was also a smell of spices emanating from the kitchen. The management should install/repair the electric chimney in the kitchen. Also, exhaust fans in the bathroom need regular cleaning so that they can work efficiently. All in all, this hotel is suitable for a short stay of a few days.

Rooms are not as shown in the images(new. But rooms are decent and spacious. Hot water is available for 24 hours. Golden temple is just 2 kms away from the hotel. And the hotel is located in a less crowded area. All in all a peaceful stay.

Hotel should maintain and problem of signals of phone door are not properly work-es i think food was not so good

There was no provision of buffet breakfast in the hotel. Even if was ala carte then also they took 1 hour to deliver the order. Options were less to select from. What was mentioned in the menu was not available. Heater was not available neither the ac was working. Hot water capacity of geyser was only 25 litres. Post which again one has to wait half hr to get another bucket of hot water.

Basics all good. Where i was facing concern they have neither mobile network in their room nor any network booster.

Both the room and the bathrooms weren't clean, the room service was very poor. Even after skiing them to clean the rooms multiple times. They didn't even clean it even one time on our 3 days stay. Moreover the flush was broken

1. The room does not have a kettle, and also the price of the hotel and room was not clean. 2. If you order food from the hotel, the utensils. Crockery they give is also not clean it is yellowish. 3. Room also don't offer warm water for drinking

Was a great experience i always stay in this hotel whenever i come to amritsar, it’s comfortable, central location

Had stayed at Hongkong Inn from 3 days (30Dec '23 to 2Jan '24). Hotel's accommodation, layout and facilities were great. It has a new construction, its rooms/ bathroom are spacious and clean. They have a basement parking facility, but you may consider using valet as the lane is narrow. We had breakfast included and it was good. The staff is helpful and cordial. Would recommend hotel for group & families.

Location is superb, near by to all tourist places and center of the city. Food is also good, rooms are neat and clean. Staff and management are very co operative shopping places are also very convenient to approach.
