I stayed 3 nights earlier this month. I had flown from Delhi but my suitcase was not put on the plane. (I absolutely do not recommend Indigo Air at all, they take your money quickly enough but there is Zero after sales service) I only had a UK number and was told by Indigo that I'd get a call. No call came. I couldn't call the number they gave me to speak to anyone as it was an Indian number. The evening staff member on Wednesday 5th November was excellent. He kept calling the number for me from his personal mobile chasing my suitcase. The suitcase was on the 6.30 flight then the 8.00 flight, according to Indigo, but of course it didn't come and of course they didn't call. In the morning another staff member again called and eventually they delivered my suitcase. The first evening it was too late to go and eat out after waiting so long for my suitcase (which didn't arrive that evening anyway) so I had room service. The Biryani was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. I took room service again on my last night. My room was really large with really good WiFi, air conditioning and a fridge. I really liked it here. It was very stressful not having my suitcase and nobody telling me when it would arrive. But the staff kept me going and were fantastic. Thank you Hotel Hong Kong Inn

I booked the wrong location, but they didn't refund me. I clicked the wrong location, but they booked it in a few countries. I'm really impressed by the positioning system.

Hotel HongKong Inn . The name is unique as it located in Amritsar Punjab. But the hotel its location its services and the rooms everything is pure Indian . We have stayed there for a week. We have booked there new renovated room. Nice new rooms with plenty of space and clean hygienic washroom.tasty and fresh food they provides us round the clock and helped us in every way to book taxi and tickets as well.

Dirty shower, filthy shower curtain Very dirty bathroom. Dirty kettle Beds ok They brought breakfast to the room which was good. Thank you Enjoyed my coffee and toast Staff very helpful Noisy road / however this was a side street off of the noisy main road

Remove from your list inconvenience, no heater provided in the room n it is chargeable no Brkfast inclded rude staff no words to say

The hotel staff is nice, but the facilities are poor. the water leakage in the flush tank, poor hygiene.

Rooms are good to sleep, room service also good, toilets are not maintained as taps, diverters not working properly, hotel have not parking facility as there are narrow street entry, drinking water is chargeable after 2 small bottle.

The staff was good, but the rooms could have been better. Not recommended, especially considering the amount we paid, even though it was peak season.

such a bad experience, smell ever where , poor toilets ventilation, poor lights in toilet, some wedding program was going just outside the rooms with loud music. these programs should be done in banquets not in loby in open that to just near to reception. i will not stay again here.

Smell in hotel, no proper ventilation in toilet, very dim lights in the toilet, some parties were going just outside the rooms and the loud music was unbearable. Parties should be organised in banquets, not besides hotel reception and rooms. Will never again stay in this hotel.

This hotel was good but not so nice as they talked about luxury family room but nothing like this. Too small led with damage remote, mattress uncomfortable, food quality not so good or too late. I think i have paid to much according to the facilities they have provided. I am not satisfied.

It was nice stay in. I have booked it many times and services are quite good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. No foul smell. It was a nice peaceful stay.

Excellent budget and friendly hotel. Staff and reception are very much supportive. Good location.

A good hotel to stay if travel-ling without car. It has basement parking but lane is narrow to reach to hotel. Otherwise hotel is good.
