Spacious, well, equipped, and clean studio or one bedroom loft apar**ents. Welcoming and very helpful host. Easy 10-15 minute walk to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Convenient public transit to and from airport with either non-GVB bus (195) which stops right outside apar**ents or GVB bus (369) which is ~15 minute walk to property. Five minute walk to GVB tram #2 which goes all the way to central station or readily connects to other landmarks including RAI/convention center.
Only potential consideration for light sleepers are the bells from a nearby church, which chime every half hour, 24 hours a day.

Regrettable.
Total dirt in accommodation and terrible spider web on the window. We couldn't open the window to prevent the 2 large spiders from entering.
They only work 7 hours at reception.
They have charged us a supplement for leaving at 12 noon....and we notified them the day before. But of course, since they are only there from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., they respond whenever they want, the next day.
Terrible, it had never happened to me.
