Location is ok. More than 5 minutes from the closest tram. No ramps so tricky if you have a heavy suitcase. Staff are not friendly. They do not greet you. They seem unhappy to see you there.
Towel are clean but very old. So were the bedsheets. There were holes. One towel was stained.
This is more of a 2 star hotel but you pay like it’s a 4 star.
Breakfast was ok.

The staffs were nice. Good location! The shower pressure was a bit disappointing but overall I was satisfied with the hotel.
