Smell in room was unbearable, struggled throughout the whole stay. Floor was dirty and room had clearly not been cleaned properly. Pool and spa were both out of order, so felt like we were paying for false information. Thermostat didn’t work and the hotel staff felt accusing, asking for documents on 2 occasions entering the hotel.

it’s not that friendly. Better not to go

The room is a bit old, but the hygiene, location and service are all very good. The parking fee is a bit expensive, 17 euros.

We have not been to this hotel. We wanted to make a reservation for June 2023, with a ‘Gift for You’ card. This hotel was on the website of ‘Gift for you’ as a hotel were you can make a reservation with your gift card. But the hotel refused the gift card. We get a very short answer: we do not work with ‘Gift for You’. We were very disappointed. We complained by Gift for You and ask them to remove this hotel out of there list.

The only good thing is the location. We asked to change rooms since it is on the first floor with windows facing the main street and they informed us both in the morning and at night that it is not possible to have a double bed or another location. One of the windows does not close properly and you can hear all the noise from the street. I have not been able to sleep all night because when it was not because of the noise from the street it was because of the noise from the doors of the other rooms. I made a reservation because it supposedly has a spa and heated pool and you can see signs that inform about it and they tell me that it is not available.

Es una palabra: sitio asqueroso. Los colchones sucios, las camas cedidas, piscina sucia, el spa no existe. El peor hotel que he estado en mi vida. Deberían de quitarle todas las estrellas y dejarlo en pensión de carretera. Hoy nada nada positvo

Voy a enumerar. 1-Es bastante antiguo, normal con la poca inversión que hacen en ningún hotel. 2-El suelo es de unas baldosas aterciopeladas que están ultragastadas. 3-La nevera del mini bar tirada en el suelo. 4-Muy ruidoso, como té de a la avenida… insonorización 0. 4-Baño más viejo que Google, y con moho en las paredes. El grifo de la ducha no se sujeta a la barra y le costó casi 10 minutos en salir caliente el agua. 5-Ascensores lentos y casi asesinos. En que pulsas cierra la puerta y el golpe aún me duele. 6-Los trabajadores antipáticos y 0 empatía. 7-Una única pastilla de jabón para 3 personas y 4 días. 8-El buffet del desayuno escasito, y no nos dejaron sacar un sándwich para el niño (4años) que no desayunó y estaba pagado… Esto solo en las primera noche… el domingo actualizo.

No recomiendo que te alojes más de 1 noche ya que las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas (se escucha todo el ruido de fuera: gente hablando por los pasillos, ruido ascensor,…). Además las camas son incomodas. Lo único bueno es su ubicación que está a escasos minutos de la zona peatonal comercial.

El hotel es genial he ido ya muchas veces siempre lo escojo porque la calidad precio es perfecta aparte esta a apenas 2 calles de las calle principal y alrededor esta lleno de restaurantes supermercados ,la habitacion muy completa con nevera television y gran aseo,si vas en verano tiene piscina con vista a la montaña

ทำเลดี อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถบัส เดินไปไม่เกิน 10 นาที เหมาะกับคนที่มีสัมภาระเพราะถ้าพักในเมืองเก่าต้องเดินขึ้นเนิน โรงแรมสภาพยังค่อนข้างใหม่ ห้องพักโอเค ไวไฟเร็วพอใช้ พนักงานเป็นมิตรดีแต่บางคนพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ไม่มีตู้เย็นหรือกาต้มน้ำ โดยรวมไม่น่าใช่โรงแรม 4 ดาวตามที่โฆษณาไว้ ให้เต็มที่ได้แค่ 3 ดาว

Hotel muy justito para ser de 4 estrellas. Falta mantenimiento. Las habitaciones aceptables y la piscina, bien. La atención de los trabajadores, correcta. El desayuno muy justito. Sin duda, para no repetir hotel cuando vuelva a Andorra.
