硬件條件不錯，木質結構的房間寬敞好用，衞生間大，每套房間都有陽台，有的房間是雙陽台（我訂了四套房）衞生環境尚可，酒店區域有段免費小吊木橋，有點刺激，好玩。軟件方面有待改善，前台、餐廳服務無笑臉，話語生硬，業務不熟（麻將機為益陽制式，不會調試其他城市麻將制式）早餐品種單一，晚餐烹調還行，價格由於酒店在山上比山下略貴點。
