No reception staff, the person behind the desk was only for the restaurant, no help at all. We weren’t sent an email regarding how to get into our room. We had limited internet access and unable to receive text messages. We needed to know the room number and a code. Nearly an hour later we were able to access our room Had to carry our suitcase up the stairs. Room was quaint, lovely view of the mountains. Room was above restaurant and cigarette smoke was wafting into our room from the smokers sitting outside. Complimentary water and coffee ( pod machine supplied ) There is a restaurant below, but advise not eating there. Very expensive, the waiter that served us was very impatient and a tad rude. Would we stay here again… hmmm probably not .

Terrible property. Cramped rooms. Not at ALL as advertised. No air conditioning. Katerina from customer service was entirely useless and refused to give us a refund despite the false advertising. I have never encountered a company with such abysmal customer service. Photos were a lot more pleasing than this and nowhere does it say they don’t have AC. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Property was .3 miles from closest bus stop. Beautiful view and large room but 22 minute bus ride into Salzburg. No reception staff at hotel. There was no tv remote in room. I emailed hotel Ivy. They said they’d deliver one next morning. They didn’t.

Very nice and cozy room with every thing - good value for money. Maybe I missed the information that the rooms were the same place as a restaurant, but that is a minor thing. No problem finding the room anyway.

Very cosy stylish room. A bit further away from the city. Around 5 minutes walking to the bus stop. But in 20 minutes you are in the city. Convienent self check in. Amazing view, would 100 procent recommend!!

Visited last September when my boyfriend & I where in Salzburg, from the pictures I saw the view the room had &n fell in love with it immediately. Not disappointed at all, the picture matches the view in reality no filters. The room was very clean & decorated to high standard with coffee machine also.

I booked a single night on the hotel website (without cancellation options). Unfortunately I picked the wrong date which I noticed immediately after the booking. I phoned the hotel right away and asked for some kind of agreement (change dates/give me some kind of refund or voulcher). Very sadly, they showed no effort towards a good will solution what so ever! Very disappointing. I was planning on using the hotel as a hub for my frequent Salzburg trips but with this lousy service I gladly decline.

Our stay in numa 1 ivy room was a fantastic experience. It was great checkin and the room was clean and I might add the view from the room was one to die for for any visitors to salzburg. The lovely staff serving us breakfast yesterday, 1 jun 2022 was so polite and helpful and suggested to us where to visit. But this morning, 2 jun 2022 , the stay here turned into a nightmare that one dread when holidaying, i e. Bad attitude of service staff. This so called "service manager " was so rude in her attitude even when asking me what room number I was in. Her attitude was entirely arrogant and unacceptable for any service staff , least to say for a " service manager" whose standard of service should be held to a higher accounting . Unfortunately, she singehandedly spoilt our nice experience in numa till today.
