We’ve booked the round house with balcony. Really liked the location next to the tea plants with a great view to the surrounding mountains. Super friendly stuff, had a warm welcome even at 11pm check-in time. Thank you for switching on the heater prior arriving at that cold night😊

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend.
BUT !
Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted.
Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while…
Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

The resort is well integrated in the nature with several tea plantations and is a good starting point for hiking. The guest house in the upper level of the hill provided a good view. Due to the transportation service it is not much effort to reach the house even it is a bit far from reception.
Just one thing to be criticised: There was a construction for a resort extension just behind the guesthouse which was not mentioned during booking and at arrival.

Really nice area and surrounding in the middle of tea fields. Staff, namely Xiao Ye, is friendly and super helpful and even with limited English, they are trying to help as much as possible.

十分滿意的一次出行，不喜歡人多的景點，就喜歡私密，安靜的親自出行，山上比較隱祕，而且衹能擺渡車接送，駕車放在酒店門口，到了晚上，滿空繁星，安靜的還有小蟲子的叫聲，路燈少，要的就是星空保護區的感覺，非常到位，體驗感非常好，提幾點有點提出表揚：
1.酒店會在預訂成功後打電話確認行程細節，管家加微信推送訊息可提前瞭解，比較貼心，感覺被重視。
2.到站有幫忙拿行李，我們到站當天大雨，門口服務做的非常到位
3.酒店管家非常細緻入微，很晚都能及時回覆，能滿足的儘可能滿足，點名表揚小陳管家，細緻入微，從定完到離店都是全程服務到位
4.酒店的白茶非常不錯，每天能喝一罐
幾點不足希望能及時改進：
1.電話至前台要一些日常用品非常緩慢
2.划船體驗不好，服務不耐心，上船前沒有講解基本操作要點險些出現問題，回來責備不會划船，還有諷刺口吻，真的很無語，本來就是來體驗的，確實沒劃過，劃得不好不能幫幫忙麼？好幾次擱淺還有竹葉紙條險些扎到刮到我們。
3.第一天下午三點多才入住，涼台的泡麪和垃圾竟然沒有收拾，而且涼台一旦遇到下雨就是擺設，根本不能出去。
4.擺渡車司機不戴口罩，路上一直咳嗽，孩子就在副駕，真的不好提醒，還當著孩子隨地吐痰，真的希望能提升這種經常和客人打交道的人員素質。
5.用餐整體都不錯，價格稍貴能理解而且味道還可以，最後因為一道果盤，孩子吃的辣菜想吃水果，問了一下需要點果盤，其實我就想要和油桃，早餐隨便吃，也不是想多佔便宜，因為剁椒魚頭實在太辣，孩子吃了一口受不了才想吃個水果，讓點果盤就點吧，58我想應該比較豐富，上來5-7片超薄西瓜，四塊獼猴桃還有幾小塊火龍果，實在無法接受，和餐廳溝通，説水果不多了，就這些，調整為30塊，無語，花了600多不能送一個
6.再次強調，不是批評酒店，有些體驗感覺不好希望能及時改進，整體非常不錯，孩子的眼光是雪亮的，説下次還要來。

到達安吉是下着雨的晚上，工作人員送往自在居的路上，第一感覺就是環境十分幽靜，第二天一早睜眼滿耳都是鳥兒悦耳的叫聲，拉開窗簾更是被印入眼簾的茶田和滿眼的綠色驚艷到，雖然酒店二期還在部分建設，但絲毫不妨礙大景觀陽台的美景和呼吸中滿滿的清新氣息。
設施：自在居的房間非常寬敞，還配備有喝茶台，可以透過大窗户邊品茶邊賞景，洗手間乾濕分離，浴缸邊落地窗户也很有意境。大葫蘆樂園，池塘的鴨子黑天鵝，讓孩子玩的都很開心，還有烏篷船、漢服體驗，小朋友還有一個小小的室內活動室，無邊泳池雖然太冷不能游泳還是很出片，旁邊的茶田可以拍照也很好看
衞生：一進門就查看了床品，尤其是枕頭下，很乾凈，熨燙的很服帖
環境：自在居是在山上錯落分佈，一家人選擇了包棟，樓上樓下方便走動也留有各自空間，帶長者孩子一起的很推薦選擇自在居
服務：是這趟旅程最暖心也最記憶深刻的，臨近五一假期人多，但服務質量絲毫不打折扣，井井有條。特別是酒店的陳管家（是個看起來文靜實際處事沉穩的小美女）任何時候有疑問都會第一時間幫忙解決，雖然住在山上但接駁的酒店車輛隨叫隨到，每一位司機大叔都熱情耐心，客房清掃的大姐會主動詢問需要什麼有啥問題，加水、加被子大雨天都很快送來，感受到了被酒店認真細心對待
甘其食餐廳2-3人套餐:不得不説餐廳的味道真的不錯，早餐品類豐富，適合全家口味，午餐晚餐單點菜品很好吃，茶香蝦、雞湯、魚湯、蜂蜜南瓜、炒黃辣丁、炒青菜、西湖羹等都是長者孩子喜歡的味道，工作人員甚至會記得前一天點過的菜提示可以嚐嚐其他菜品，下午茶點心味道也很不錯，水果特別是西瓜非常新鮮好吃
第二次來安吉選擇了老莊山居酒店，居住體驗非常好，很感謝陳管家和每一位工作人員給了我們這麼美好的旅遊回憶，我會推薦給朋友，也希望有機會再來

酒店離中南百草園還蠻近的，環境真的是美的沒話説，被快節奏生活折磨的社畜身心都得到了洗滌，清明季節，山青水綠，美不勝收，坐在陽台上喝個茶看看綠色，真的太愜意了，房間乾淨整潔，本來擔心幽居大床房評價少，怕踩雷，糾結了很久，沒想到超出預期的滿意，有歡迎水果和銀耳羹，酒店的餐廳也不錯，因為周邊沒有什麼餐飲，我們到的時候天黑了不想出去，就在酒店吃了，價格還是比較貴的，但是食材新鮮，自助早餐可能因為我們起的晚了，很多東西都沒有，剩下的也有點冷掉了，但是吃到了一個青團意外的好吃，豆沙餡清甜不膩，好吃到買了一打回去，酒店娛樂項目也不錯，若水湖可以劃烏篷船，可以爬山，無邊泳池非常出片，在這裏待個一個下午應該也不會無聊吧
每個房間都會有酒店管家服務，會送你到房間，會提醒吃早飯，詢問要不要幫拿行李，非常熱情周到
要説缺點的話：就是酒店內二期還在造，有點破壞美感，希望趕緊造完吧，到時候再來體驗

接駁車隨叫隨到，服務人員很周到，有管家貼心一對一服務，小童樂園和露營天地比較適合小朋友
總之在五一期間這裏非常愜意，很適合躺平式度假
