Very good service. We were welcomed with open arms and professionalism.
Rooms are clean, and the food is of high quality.
Fun hotel to stay at for parents with children. Lots of activities and leisure.
It was a real adventure and it couldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the friendly staff.

My friend recommended me to try the 1168 Star Astronomy Hotel once I visit Anji. And This time I went to this hotel with my family. The hotel is in the skyland on the top of the mountain, it takes the cable car about 3.66 km to be there (the longest cable car in Zhejiang) but long the way was so impressive me the bamboo mountain in Anji is so beautiful. We got there and only could play a bit because of the weather so many play stations were closed but our feeling was full filled by the room of the hotel. It is so elegant design and very clean. My son even said “mom can we have a house like this” we stayed in family room type with 4 adults one kid. The hotel provide a good material in the room. The hotel arrangement is so perfect we had one person to always be our assistant via wechat along the time we stay. And I got a perfect assistant he is 张灯战 I will definitely visit again in Winter.

酒店落座於雲上草原景區，作為入住客人享受管家服務。我們的管家Rose全程為我們貼心地服務，安排停車點、VIP纜車短駁車接送、房間內缺補及時送達、對於遊玩有什麼問題都隨時可以諮詢。此次房間安排是野奢風標間，房間很大很舒適，我住過特色星空房，但是感覺還是野奢的更適合入住，空間佈局更合理。房間有空調和地暖，山頂晚上很冷，但是房間非常温暖舒適對於小朋友非常友好，可以光腳來回跑！此次連住兩晚，悠哉地玩遍整個雲上草原，時間不緊不慢，可以錯峯玩熱門項目，省去排隊時間。

整體服務很不錯，五一假期後錯峯出行。衹能説體感不好因為是在山頂上，水食物和設施確實要做成這樣真的很不容易。
設施算新潮但不新，智能馬桶要扛着😅

啟程前管家Elmo田就很貼心的把路線圖和專屬停車場位置發給我並告訴我接駁車辦理入住還有坐纜車的細節！住在山上可以走纜車vip通道不用排隊，實在太好啦！兩孩房真的特別好，各種細節都很周到。套餐內包含的日式晚餐和中式火鍋午餐，管家都會提前幫我預約好，兩人份的套餐我們一家四口吃得綽綽有餘，性價比槓槓的！雖然天公不作美，有些項目不能開放，但也正好避開了大客流，我們可以在酒店享受這一刻的寧靜愜意。Elmo田很貼心的晚上給孩子們送果粒酸奶，下雨天給我們送雨披！酒店自助早餐也很豐盛，服務也是非常好！這次因為下雨沒有玩到的項目正好留到下次再來

1168星空是在山上的，起得來的話可以第一批玩項目，五一熱門項目排隊人還是很多的。住山上可以錯峯上下山，早餐還可以。比較適合親子，我們住星空二娃房，樹洞上下鋪孩子很高興，有地暖。房間設施也不錯。大部分項目適合1.2m以上，另外天氣也很重要，下雨天住山上就沒什麼可玩的了。管家EImo田簡單服務不錯，晚上還會送奶給孩子們，驚喜。

首先先正結論，不推薦住！不推薦住！不推薦住！
我這種客户，一般不寫，寫就是很不滿意了。我不接受給補償就能顛倒黑白，捧也不差我一個。
具體問題我就不説了，同一個問題出兩天，我相信不是我一個人遇到。問題走的時候都沒弄好，我已經對他們失望了，所以走的時候再問我好不好我就不説實話了，讓後面的客户也體驗體驗。來的大多都是一次客户，我一個人説實話也攔不住去送錢的！
有問題不可怕，可怕的是應對問題的態度和能力。服務業如果沒了態度，就離死不遠了
具體有：
第一天出問題説要補償一頓飯，我説就晚飯好了，結果和我説預約人太多不行。但是前一天我去吃的時候和我説不用預約。
第一天出問題維修給我床修的一塌糊塗，和我説修好了，我表示感謝！結果晚上問題還是壞的一毛一樣。
床當時一塌糊塗保潔在場和我説馬上打掃，那時候是早上9點我就放心的去玩了。結果下午兩點半回來都沒打掃，孩子無法午睡。
綜上所述，星空酒店是沒有糾錯的能力的。
酒店還有很多東西可以吐槽，比如設施之破，洗好澡邊上大便還可以洗腳；各種裡外牆體裂痕脱落，看好孩子們；酒店在山上，行李自己控制好，60級台階家裡的男人行不行；噢噢噢，還有那個野停車場，幫老闆們換輪胎的節奏提前了。説到做不到，拍照天堂體驗地獄！
會找藉口的人馬上會説，五一人多，服務難免下降。那你收錢的時候怎麼還翻倍了？
