我每次評價都很用心，這一次也很慎重，給了你們五分，因為你們的環境，還有安排早餐以外的過橋米線。但是你們的服務真的如同以前的國企，感覺不到體驗感，也感覺不到熱情，每一個問題回答都很生硬，每一個我碰到的工作人員，都感覺工作以內沒有用心觀察別的事！也許你們疲倦了這份工作，但是我覺得企業應該淘汰制度！！

酒店感覺還可以，就是不怎麼喜歡前台的服務，我們之前去大理人家的服務態度都還可以，我們有幾個人人家還給幾個早餐券。這個前台的服務感覺有點不近人情，大人帶小娃去旅遊的就得注意了，他還要看你孩子是多大的超過1.4米的他還要單獨收取半價的早餐費，一個孩子都不給帶去吃早餐真是覺得這個規定太沒有人情味了。

總的來説還是不錯的，因為疫情酒店免費升級了大房間，送了歡迎水果，入住快退房快，但美中不足是房間衞生巾和洗澡那有臭的異味，還有一大早房間酒店草坪的施工把人吵醒，好像是鋤草機和挖機的聲音，打電話到前台説是沒辦法，不可以換個時間施工嗎？8點左右呀，可以稍微晚點呀！

湯屋太糟糕了，床墊不是一般的響，帶着寶寶一晚上睡不好，翻個身就很響，親子房不錯，早餐可以，泡池離房間太遠

我真的被前台的服務態度打敗，我從來不給差評的，真的是崩潰，前台説給我們升級，帶到了更小的房型去，因為這個酒店我去過好多回…我都知道，然後我説換回我原來訂的房型就好，然後給我們調配了一間基本上不分配住客的房間，為什麼這麼説呢！我們入住後，發現沒有毛巾和牙膏、牙刷等等…我們就用手機打電話給前台，前台讓服務員來補齊配套，問我房間的座機號，找遍了都沒發現座機…服務員來了之後主動説，這個房間基本不會安排住客，沒有座機，所以他們也就沒有在房間裏放配套的東西…我真的是無語…從停車場走到電梯口的一路上，感覺特別**，一路上菜品燈牌忽明忽暗…除此之外沒有任何一盞照明，簡直是受夠了…再也不會訂了，體驗感超級差！

就是老別墅改的，總體來説除了早點送到房間之外，其餘時間沒有服務可言，房間還行，泡池很小，酒店周邊沒有什麼可以玩的地方，就是屬於住一次下一次不會再去的。對於怕吵帶孩子睡的早點，真的凌晨樓下的放水泡澡，邊説邊笑，睡你就不要想好好睡了，工作人員下班了沒人管的那種，以後不會再去
