預訂的26樓～28的家庭房，結果入住時給的19樓，去前台換房，被告知都一樣，應該是之前的情侶房臨時改造的，浴缸在室內的一角，淋浴房是四面玻璃的，用百葉窗擋的，門還擋不住，看照片畫圈的地方是浴缸，根本沒辦法使用，定家庭房的原因就是孩子大了，一張床不方便，結果這樣的房怎麼能算家庭房?洗澡浴室沒有門，一不小心水會漏一地，廁所還漏水，下圖是房間所有的燈調到最亮的結果，經過交涉，半夜11:30才給換的正常家庭房，可氣的是正常家庭房有，他不給你用，非得你去質問才給換，整好12點多了才睡，第二天的行程全部打亂，大家以後訂家庭房一定注意，微笑服務，就是不辦事，差評，差評，差評
