保安很好，前台態度惡劣，不如讓保安兼職前台吧……最不能理解的是，**客人不需要按金可以直接入住，攜程客人不但要按金，還不提供收據，沒收據，那給個收條吧，前台告訴我：要收條，那你們別住了……這前台真的很**，晚上十點外邊下着雨，挺能拿捏客人，特別是攜程客人是嗎……攜程酒店合作部門，請問你們現在是不是沒任何評估對酒店。

停車很方便，附近有一大片地方可以隨意停車，去黃果樹瀑布大概半個小時左右的車程。房間收拾的很乾凈，房間不大，但是設施很好，下次如果再來安順，還住這裏

看着酒店資料：新裝修，新開業去入住的，非常不滿意。實際酒店之前應該是7天，電梯上還有標識，現在沒做7天了，簡單改造了下就叫重新裝修？這個標準有點低吧。我入住的602.窗户也太小了吧，空氣不太好。淋浴間裝修粘泥到處都是，故意做得藝術？我不太懂。馬桶蓋鬆垮垮的，老闆看了馬上去檢查一下。浴巾跟7天一樣，塑料密封完好，打開用時，巾巾掉掉的，不知道多久的了。免費停車也就是酒店周圍空地隨便停，沒人管理，別説停車位，就是胡亂停，誰都可以停的。總之體驗不太好。不滿意。

報着試試的心態，結果收穫了一個驚喜，服務特別好前台小姐姐很熱情，就連客房阿姨都不願其煩的送東西，因為喝多了難受半夜一會兒要這一會兒要那，工作人員很耐心的服務以外還特意詢問關心情況，隨時準備提供幫助。 感受到了衹有家人才能給到的温暖， 好評！！！

總體感覺一般般吧
房間不怎麼隔音，外面是工地很早就開始施工了，半夜走廊上走人説話聲音都特別明顯，會醒……房間燈光很昏暗，窗户很小。住的親子房衹有一條毛巾一條浴巾……
