This was the most terrible and traumatic experience I faced. As soon as we walked in the guy at the reception was a short bald guy that was rude from the beginning. We asked for an iron and he said there wasn’t any, and to go to nearby laundry for it. We were tired and slept directly, at around 9 am I woke up with a heavy drilling construction voice beside my room. I have epilepsy and migraine and hence I can sometimes be sensitive to such constant hammering and loud construction voices. I asked my husband to go and asked them to change the room as it was too loud, while he went out. I was changing my clothes and a huge hole was drilled into our room that caused the wall to break and the stone from the debris to hit my head and arm. Seeing this I went out to complain and saw the guy was fighting with my husband and hurling abuses. He didn’t listen to us and said there’s no room available and do whatever you want and punch me if you want to too!!!!!!!! All this while I was shaken and traumatised from the events while he kept harassing us further. The cleaning staff and construction men saw this and stopped him and called the manager. The manager was shocked to see the hole in room, was apologetic about my injury and then within minutes he changed our room and even provided us with an iron !!!!!!!! He was lying to us from about the vacancy of rooms and iron as well. There was no coffee or water available either. Please don’t go here if you don’t want your privacy invaded and then further harassed upon asking for merely changing the room as there’s a whole big hole drilled into your room that hit you in the head as well with constant hammering right across your room. They had no regard for female safety and privacy and instead was provoking my husband to punch him if he was that upset !!!!!!!! Overall it’s been a traumatic pathetic experience. Please don’t go there if you don’t want to be harassed.

Hello! Traveled by family from Alania to Turunch by car, the hotel was originally needed for 3 nights. Looked what was in the center, chose on enthusiastic reviews and very mistaken. The first is if you are on the car, prepare for what will circle around the hotel for a long time, as it is in the center, and there and the streets are narrow and everywhere the brick weighs. But if you come, be kind to 10€za night parking, although it is free, but the Turks are so strongly forced by their cars that you have to pay. Second, the rooms are very small and if you and the children, bear in mind that the two-bedroom bed will be wildly blowing the conder. Open window does not save at all. Third is the toilet so small that no matter how small you are, it will be in water.A couple of hooks in the same toilet and nowhere else. Accordingly, even if something weighs, it is wet. And the fourth-after two painful nights, when hell is hot, because if the conder is turned on, all will be provided with the thorns, it was decided to go further, here and the Turkish hospitality began. At first we stopped understanding in any language 🙈, then we all agreed that when we go back they will stop. For the night we paid. But as expected, we were there no one and didn't wait. By the way we went to them, for the sake of interest. The husband believed very much that we wouldn't be abandoned, although we weren't going to settle there. Well, we weren't upset at all, for the same money we took two room appliances and also in the center. It's just strange to read some reviews, especially those who stayed with the children. Having traveled more than 1,500km on the coast was the most unpleasant occasion. And so all people with understanding, especially in the current unsimple living conditions, especially for tourist business. I hope my review will not be considered as an offense.Since it was lost only 25€.Let's consider that the host will buy on them hooks 😉😉

Bilgehan Hotel

In this hotel, a gang of Jordanian or Palestinians are rigging and cheating on Arabs. The way to lay is to stand at the door of Mark Antalya MarkAntalya AVM to hunt his prey from Arabs. This person asks three simple religious questions and promises a gift to the victim, provided he comes with the Bilgehan hotel to receive his gift. And at the hotel entrance he takes a picture with the victim next to the SITA Group's advertisement board and claims to be one of the company's members. Then he takes the victim to the upper floor where there's an open café on the roof of the hotel, and he hands it to someone else, arguing that this second person will give the victim information about their company's business and earn other victims. The second person will explain to the victim that their company owns a resort in Sharm el-Sheikh called Mirolla Resort, and that the victim will have the opportunity to own an apartment in this resort for paying these people a month. And then a third person from the gang comes claiming to be the company's financial director. This manager will receive the monthly sum from the victim and sign a fantasy contract with him. And then he will deliver it, a paper written in which a show of a year's trip to Mecca for age performance. I didn't have the opportunity to photograph all the people, but I took a picture of one of them and a picture of the hotel entrance and a Mirolla Resort. These distort the picture of the hotel if the hotel owner doesn't know them. I once saw someone sitting in the Arab restaurant next to the hotel entrance.

This hotel is cost-effective, the service is very good, the room is clean, they are not all rooms at the front desk in the same building, but the other two are adjacent, the front desk has an elevator, the elevator door needs to be opened by itself, after the elevator arrives, it feels very interesting to open it 😂 The other two buildings have no elevator but the rooms are bigger

Comfortable location in the old city. There is a kitchen on the balcony with tiles that is very slowly heated and with minimal dish, refrigerator. It is possible to stop for a short time. Good-wish grandparents on the recipes. You can pay a card.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few steps away from the old town of Kalec. If you don't stay in Antalya for a long time, I recommend staying here because it is very convenient. Compared with other Turkish hotels, this hotel is relatively large, with higher floors and a richer breakfast buffet. The triple room we stayed in was very spacious and had a sea view from the balcony, which was quite comfortable.

Grand nergiz hotel is the most amazing hotel in Antalya. Whenever i need to stay over in Antalya this hotel is my only choice, the staff are so professional and so welcoming. As a solo traveller i feel so safe staying at the grand nergiz hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious and clean. Ive also booked grand nergiz hotel for my family aswell and they were equally happy with the service. The staff make me feel safe and go above and beyond to meet my needs. Location is perfect shopping centre around the corner, local bakery and little market shops as you walk towards the Markantalya avm. I look forward to my next stay at Grand nergiz hotel.
