Hotel was very accommodating, free parking, offered me to park in VIP on the last day to leave in the morning earlier. Recpetion were very polite on greeting me and didnt have to have much interaction after due to everything being smooth with the hotel experience throughout my stay. Location is solid with it being a 5 minute walk to the coffee shops which lead into the old town/Hadrians gate, another 5-10 minutes and youll be in the town centre area and the old bazaar or the marina so its ideal if this is where you want to explore. Hotel room was very large, huge bed, shower and bath which was high quality. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from especially the pastries. Gym facilities are very good for a hotel and the views from the hotel are great from the outdoor pool, dining area and the deck which is layered all the way down to the sea front. Would definitely book a hotel with Ramada Plaza again if back in Antalya.

The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Mark Mall and 15 mintues to old town. The furniture is new and nicely designed, very modern. Not a 5 stars service, the staff that supposed to help carry your luggage arent present all times. The room cards dont work every time you leave the hotel and you have to charge it at reception. The cleaning lady didnt clean the room properly, dont provide complimentary accomdation properly something is missing every day, sometimes a towel, sometimes soap, One toilet paper for 3 adults a day is not enough, lol we bought from the supermarket!!!! The room floor is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned properly. The complimentary kits are provided for two not 3, we have the deluxe room, extra charged and still get everything for two people not 3, we have complained about this since day 1 and each day since we arrived nothing changes! Breakfast ends at 10:30, is very nice, the hotel receptionists are polite and helpful especially Ceren and Kerem. The hotel itself is great, I would love to stay here again but the cleaning issue is a big thing for me the level of cleansing has to be upgraded, they tide the bed but forget to clean the floor!!!!!!! Insane.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

We originally booked for another hotel, but the day before our trip was told that the original hotel was now undergoing renovations & that we were being moved to Patron. Looking at some of the negative reviews we were somewhat concerned but due to the lateness of the change decided to take a chance. We are so glad we did. The staff were all extremely helpful & friendly & carried our bags to the fourth floor where we were being accommodated. Breakfast was typical Turkish fare & very nice & there are stunning views from the rooftop terrace. The room was clean & adequate in size & we will definitely return here the next time we are in Antalya.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yilmaz and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was nice and we had a very early start for a flight and the night team made sure we were fed and ready to go. The location is great, by the harbour and there are great views once you're there (the harbour). The old town streets are beautiful and buzzing in the evening with life. Nice, cozy historical hotel in the center of old town. The hotel location is prefect. In a quitter street but short walk to Kaleici restaurants and local shopping. The building is very old and decorated with period artifacts and arts like a museum. The front staff were friendly and accommodating. Siamak gave us a short tour of the place explaining everything. He, along with his collogues, also helped us secure a private tour of local attractions. Their help and hospitality is highly appreciated. The breakfast was simple but delicious served buffet style. We would definitely stay here again.
