The experience was good, but they could improve in two items:
1 - The bathroom that serves the area outside the restaurant is next to the area that serves breakfast and that is not good.
2 - During a medical event that was scheduled, the bar service was closed with the event still in progress, which was a reprehensible attitude.

A experiência foi boa, mas poderiam melhorar em dois itens:
1 - O banheiro que atende à área externa do resturante fica junto da área que serve o café da manhã e isso não é bom.
2 - Durante um evento de médicos que estava agendado, o serviço de bar foi encerrado ainda com o evento em andamento, o que foi uma atitude reprovável.

Estadia poderia ter sido ótima se não fosse moscas por toda parte do hotel, ficando incomodado no café da manhã, no restaurante e também na área da piscina. O pessoal do atendimento, recepção , restaurante e lazer estão de parabéns. O local é ótimo para família. Num todo indico o hotel para conhecer e tirar suas conclusões.

Excelente hotel para ir com a família, espaço infantil muito bom. Alguns pontos a melhor como ter um gerador de energia e os ar-condicionado que realmente não gelam mas no geral é muito bom.

Quanto a estadia boa, agora quanto ao serviço de quarto ficou a desejar, pois não existe comunicação entre os quartos e recepção e pra piorar o frigobar do quarto vazio

O Hotel tem localização privilegiada, mas peca muito no quesito limpeza e manutenção. O parque aquático aparenta ser velho, pintura desgastada. O banheiro tem cheiro de esgoto. Encontramos uma barata enorme dentro do quarto.

Há um ano (2022) estava no Jangadeiro e foi muito bom, sem reclamar, neste ano (2023) voltei e não tive o mesmo sentimento, a alimentação não estava "legal", o parque aquático somente no último dia todos os brinquedos estavam disponíveis, mas os colaboradores continuam com o mesmo carinho e atenção com os hospedes.

Experiência muito boa. Hotel excelente para ir com crianças pois tem atrações como parque aquático, piscina, jogos além de praia muito próxima. A limpeza dos quartos é muito boa, o hotel está sempre se renovando, as estruturas são novas, o banheiro é bonito e bem conservado. Café da manhã com várias opções. Uma questão é a falta de Wi-Fi nos quartos. Outra questão é talvez algumas considerarem promoções no cardápio do restaurante durante a estadia em dias de semana.

Não foi uma estadia agradável. O café da manhã é péssimo. O banheiro do nosso quarto tinha um mau cheiro de esgoto. Achei o hotel muito largado. Vale ressaltar o bom
atendimento dos funcionários, essa foi a parte boa. Não voltaria!
