12月31日から年越しグリラとしてヴェルデに宿泊。夕食朝食バイキング夕食時飲み放題1人分、乗り放題チケット4人×2日分で15万でした。年末年始価格とは分かっていましたが、ホテルのアメニティの低さ、お部屋は無理やりベッドを置いたようでベッドしかない部屋になっていました。女湯は深夜誰もおらずお湯も掛け流しで綺麗だったのですが、脱衣所の髪の毛、ゴミがおぞましがった。敷きタオルもいつ交換してあったのか分からない。男湯は掛け流しのお湯が出ていなかったようで、垢が全面に広がっており、外湯ににげたら、水が掛け流しで出てきていたそうです。悲惨。夕食のバイキングも入る時『今から込み合いますので...』と言われたけど、早く食べて早く出ろという意味なのか？？品数も少なく、美味しいのは唐揚げだけだった。宿泊唯一の楽しみなのに...朝食は途中でご飯がなくなったり、雑煮は味がなく本気で不味かった！味見してますか？高い割に残念の方が多く、グリラに隣接してて宿泊客がたえないから、ホテル全体のアップデートが出来てないのか？電話対応も凄く良い方もいれば、知りませんけど？！って言う方もいて...知らないなら電話に出ないで欲しい。チェックイン担当の男性、手際が悪すぎる。ヘルプも来ない。売店の女性のかたはとても対応が良かった。 グリラの年末イベントがとてもいいので、こちらのホテルに宿泊したが、少し離れたホテルを探した方がいい。何も無い大分の杉○井ホテルのほうが100倍よかった。二度と泊まらない
