Modern hotel with rushing river and mountains around it. Lovely room, comfortable bed with good mattress, pillows and soft linens. Bathroom is open plan wet room with great double shower and nice quality products provided. The room was cold when we arrived and we had to speak to staff 5 times over many hours before anything was done. Restaurant is boring, underground, low roof and noisy. Plenty of food choices but food quite bland, often luke warm and everything has pork in it - poor for a vegetarian, almost impossible for vegan. The restaurant staff were all really friendly and helpful, though restaurant manager was a bit surly at times. The main entrance/reception staff were not good, except for the mature lady who was very helpful. The open plan reception/bar area is less appealing than a dentist waiting room. The bar was often unmanned. I said we would not stay again because during our week , 4xcoach loads of teenagers were there - the noise levels, unruly and bad mannered Portuguese and Spanish kids was disgraceful. Banging doors, shouting and running around until 2-3am, meals times was like St Trinians 😠 Complaints ++ were made by many but nothing changed. School trips a regular feature of this hotel - beware.

Arrived early April for late ski trip through smaller operator. Nightmare start as Arinsal closed slopes the day we arrived! The hotel was great, check in easy, nice first floor room all clean, modern comfy big beds, little balcony and everything you need. The restaurant was great, we were half board, breakfasts covered most options including crepes cooked to order. Dinner was plentiful, nice choices, salads, grilled meats, stews and nice cheese and mrar platters. Only gripe would be no drinks included at dinner so everything chargeable including water. Downstairs loads of pool tables, games and a bar. Give the b kids a few euros and enjoy 4 euro pints of Estrella while they play! Our departure was early in the morning and they insisted on having a packed breakfast for us to take with us. Biggest bonus was we had to take buses to Ordino Arcalis to ski. First stop was this hotel and always stopped on the way back. Lovely, friendly, hotel. Ramon in the restaurant was brilliant and made a real fuss of our son. The reception team relaxed and accommodating. Good value hotel, and would be brilliantly located if we were able to ski at Arinsal.

We stayed for 7 nights and ABBA hotel siuts family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 5 and 3y old. We had a half board and absolutely loved it. Nice options for breakfast and there are 2 restaurants to choose for dinner where you have a table service - Italian and Menu restaurant. At Italian there different pastas and faccacias. Menu restaurant every night have a different menu for adults and good food selection for children. We tried twice italian and other five nights menu restaurant. Hotel also provide a free shuttle to the cabel and have a free storage for skis which was super handy. There are spa for extra cost but only 16y plus. So we find another Princess Hotel Spa where we could come with children between 2 and 6pm. 5-6pm are good option. The staff in the hotel is exceptional! They always help and super friendly and made us feel as part of ABBA family! We loved our stay and cannot wait to come here again next February half term. Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

We had a lovely stay here for our skiing holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Perfect for what we needed. There are no coffee/tea making facilities but I knew that before we went and took my travel kettle. There are a few supermarkets in the town with one very close by on the way to the gondola. Fairly reasonable prices and very friendly staff. There is a locker room in the hotel car park which is free to use. Keys are given out by reception (10 euro charge if it gets lost). The gondola to the resort is within walking distance. We found it difficult/hard work to carry ski equipment and walk in ski boots to the gondola and then up the stairs to the entrance so we went in trainers (not much snow during our stay) and then put these in our rucksacks when we got to the top. The bar is good with sport playing on the tvs. There is a pool table, table football and darts. We took some games and played them most evenings before dinner. Apparently the beer was very reasonably priced too! The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is buffet style with chefs available to make omelettes in the mornings and also cooking meat to order in the evenings. The lady greeting us for each meal was amazing. She was so friendly and smiley. Her name was Ayelen. She got to know where our favourite table was and what room numbers we were in. A great asset to the hotel. The food was delicious, The chicken curry mid week of our stay was the best! Our whole party had it with some going back for seconds. We had a couple of fussy eaters but there was always chips, plain pasta, bread and salad for each meal so all were catered for. The evening service didn't start until 7.30 which was a little later than we would have chosen but not really a problem. We had a small problem with a safe but it was resolved within 30 minutes. We had an early morning check out (before breakfast) so was given a breakfast bag when we left in the morning which was a nice touch. All in all a great stay, with no complaints. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in La Massana.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Andorra and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a private parking garage which we needed for our rental car so that is a plus. Our room was spacious and comfortable, however, the hotel is outdated with things like decor and electrical outlets in the rooms (i.e. there aren't too many and none with USB ports). We didn't have a view at all and our room faced an office building so we had to keep the curtains closed, so my tip for another guest would be to ask for a room that faces the same street that the hotel entrance faces. The bathroom was clean and the water got sufficiently hot so that was really nice. I would say that the sleep quality in the hotel was good because it wasn't right on the main shopping street with all the street noise.

The hotel is located at the end of the city or halfway up the hill. From the station it used to cross the entire city. When I saw the front desk of the hotel, I asked, ”Did you actually drive?” It’s probably watching me push a box and gasp. But breakfast is OK, the hotel has a free warmth to soak (it is quite cold 36. 7 degrees - on a relatively small pool, I just met a pair of foreigners when I entered, haha small place everyone squeezed or a Beauty.
