O hotel fica em uma excelente localização, perto da rua das pedras e do principal centro. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e solícitos. A limpeza do local também é muito boa.
O local é fidedigno das fotos. Voltarei mais vezes.

Quarto confortável, com boa roupa de cama e banho.

Fiz uma viagem em família e fiz questão de fazer a reserva com pensão completa para 2 diárias, sendo que o funcionário que nos atendeu na recepção no domingo disse que não tínhamos direito ao almoço de domingo dia da saída. Porém eu sabia que tínhamos sim, pois entramos na sexta-feira a tarde e apenas havíamos jantado. Portanto tínhamos direito a 2 almoço e 2 jantar, entregamos o quarto no horário previsto, porém sairíamos do hotel logo após o almoço. E só depois do meu questionamento na recepção, foi que ele nos pediu um tempo, nos deixando constrangidos e quando estávamos saindo disse que teríamos sim o direito ao almoço. Mas eu já havia me chateado com a situação e preferi sair do local sem o almoço, perdemos até o apetite. Resumo: Vamos por pessoas mais experientes na recepção do Hotel, ou tratar melhor esse tipo de assunto com a equipe do mesmo. Nós clientes não podemos passar por esse tipo de constrangimento ok. Perdi o almoço pago ao hotel pra minha família por conta dessa situação.
