Currently here at the hotel n is my 5th day. Twin room is big. Facilities r good. Staff are polite and helpful. I commented that the lounge coffee does not allow to take up to the room n so I asked the staff to recommend nearby cafes. After that there was a notice stating guests can bring up e lounge coffee if they like. Wow so impressive that they pick up the feedback immediately. Location is gd with jr station, intercity buses n taxi stand right beside the hotel. Amenities r gd. I used the laundry facilities and you can exchange coins with the reception counter. Everything so convenient n pleasant. I can view the mountains from my room. I will stay again.

Hotel is beside the JR station and together with Aeon mall. Paid parking is available at ¥800/day with multiple entries. Hotel shares the same carpark as Aeon mall.

Everything is good , amenities and the room is clean and new. Decent room , clean and comfortable. There is coin laundry service at the lobby too. Will definitely come back this hotel again

Very convenient location. Right above the Aeon mall. Staff are friendly and professional. Free coffee is a plus.

The Hotel is connected to the JR Asahikawa Stn! Exit station and walk toward the Aeon mall. The lift to the hotel is near Saizeraya. Love the fact that the hotel is situated on the fifth floor of Aeon shopping mall. That makes it super convenient to shop and eat especially when it’s-20 degree out side. Another plus point is that there is a bath house within the hotel. The bus stop to the famous Asahiyama Zoo is five minutes from the hotel. Strongly encouraged to stay here !

Exactly located in JR station. With supermarket and restaurants. Helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Good location but packed during peak periods. For family not advisable as they have limited large rooms.

Hotel is located in the Aeon mall beside JR Station n the bus station to zoo. Guest can choose their own pillow from the lobby at 3pm onward. They will also replace the towel n bathrobe daily.

Hotel location is amazing, connected to the large AEON mall and right beside the JR Asahikawa Station. Amenities are good, with pillow selection, lounge etc. Booked triple room. Clean rooms, but room is small and layout a little unusual. One bed facing the main door, the other facing a mirror, which might affect you if you are a superstitious person. However, still a good stay overall. Parking is cheap compared to other places, and it allows you to enter and exit multiple times for free.

Superb location and room. Very spacious toilet. Bed was firm and comfy and we could choose our pillows.

Room size is comfortable and they offer different type of pillows to cater to different needs. One of our fav stay in Hokkaido. Will be good if they can offer free carpark for hotel guests. Breakfast spread is not too bad and quality good. Kids amenities are provided and onsen available. Overall a very good stay

We stay for 3 days with breakfast. The only thing we wish to upgrade is the breakfast menu. All 3 days without any change.

The hotel lift provides direct access to Aeon Mall, and hotel reception, the beverage lounge, public bath, coin laundry, are all conveniently located on the same floor, just a short walk away. This makes it very easy and accessible for guests to navigate and utilize these amenities. Nice!
