Fantastic stay--the hotel was recently updated and everything was top-notch! Brand-new beds were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was delicious, laundry facilities were convenient, whirlpool was a great amenity, and the 24-hour coffee bar was awesome. We especially appreciated the ability to charge our electric vehicle onsite. The hotel is very close to downtown and has many places to eat nearby. The best part was reception--the two gentlemen checking us in were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with ideas about things to do in the area. We even chatted about my daughter who may be looking for an internship at a hospice center in the region...they offered up a lot of helpful info to an appreciative parent who has a college-age student checking out the area. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the freeway as well as downtown Asheville. The rooms have been recently renovated and are clean and functional. The breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. My only observation is that the bathroom sink has a ridiculously short spout, leaving very little room to actually put your hands or a washcloth under it. You end up spilling water all over the countertop. I'm hoping the absurdly short faucet is just temporary while the correct size faucet is on order. I'd hate to think all the rooms were renovated with such a flawed design. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

I had stayed at this Hampton a few times several years ago. To my delight, it has been uppdated and it was a great improvement. The room was clean, the beds had new mattresses, and the room it’s self had new furniture. As usual the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, nice location, good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The young man who checked us in (didn't get his name) on Friday 2/23 was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to help us. I wanted to give him a mention.

Fantastic location, the bed was INCREDIBLE!! Breakfast area was cramped and a few minor touchups need to be made but will definitely stay here again.

The desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was sooo tasty both mornings of our stay.

stay was very good, but surprised to see a charge of $25 on my debit card the 27th of January when I signed on to USAA website when I arrived home. I made no purchase at Hampton Inn that day of any amount. Paid fees in advance to your service

This was a great place to get a room and find some peace and quiet for a few days. The staff are very helpful, professional, and nice! The free breakfast was awesome and delicious. The jacuzzi and heated indoor pool were so enjoyable and relaxing. The outdoor fireplace was very warm and comfy to sit around. My only dislike was the luggage carts. They are terrible and my bags fell off numerous times on the way to the room. They are even under construction and it was still a very wonderful stay.

Fantastic. Front desk was great all shifts. Breakfast different every morning . Pool hot tub very clean. Rooms very clean as well. Amazing value for cost per night.

My mom needed a ada room which they provided. Everything was up to standards for handicap shower, toilet ect. I used the hot tub which was clean. I wish it was open before 8 am so i could have a quick soak before i left

I liked how super easy it was to reserve the room, great check in, and the staff that work here take pride in their work and are very helpful. There is a guest washer and dryer which was really convenient for me on my stay. I give this place a big 2 thumbs up!

Quiet, clean, set back from main road. Large, comfortable rooms. Renovation ongoing in the lobby was not disruptive to our stay although pool was closed. Friendly, helpful staff.

My sense is that this hotel is better than our experience was. During our stay, contractors, and construction were an everyday sight. The indoor pool was closed, and the parking lot attracted vandals who smashed several car windows. Maybe it was just unfortunate timing, but Asheville has plenty of other options for our next stay.
