The room is large and the bedrooms are fine, the only good with the location, views and the friendly staff. We went to Santa Week and the beds were dressed only with a sofa and a bed, we had a coat for the two beds we share because it was cold, we could have asked another, but we were so dressed. The box was dirty, with residues of mega in a box and dry fruit in another area, we complained at reception and they went up to clean it, putting as an excuse that there was a new girl for cleaning. The bathroom window was not closed well, was cold for shower****. The glasses of the window and the terrace were unclean, the curtains were “coated” with a hairdryer and not very clean. The wifi signal was not reached the room. A three-star hotel normal to spend a few days.To say something I don't like is that it has no air conditioning in the rooms, and the day of arrival to a hell heat in the room , Another thing I don't like is the little parking space that has if you go a little late to the night may not have parking.The facilities in if you may be a little out of time,the opening of the room is done with the key of the whole life iron instead of having the Typical card .As for the 10 staff at both the reception and the cafe and restaurant.About the food say that the breakfast type buffet is quite varied but does not have a cook who can make you a couple of frite eggs The menu of the food can't tell you why we've spent the days out but the dinner you have letters or meals combined these lasts at a good price.

El hotel es viejo, poca iluminación. La habitación y limpieza en el hotel estaba muy bien con terraza y las chicas de limpieza genial. La opción de desayuno incluido poco variada y más si eres celiaca. Te hacen un bizcocho para 6 días y tienen un pan sin gluten para tostadas calentado en un microondas porque está congelado( lo veo normal el que congelen porque se conserva mejor) pero por favor tuéstalos en un horno. Pagué 10 euros por día por esa comida, la fruta está dura plátanos verdes… cógelos sácalos y te los puedes comer cada dos días. El gerente o director o encargado era bastante reacio a las peticiones no había cerveza sin gluten el me insistía que sí pero al final vio que no y hecho la culpa a los proveedores por no aceptar que todo el mundo puede fallar en algo, me paso lo mismo con el pan que un día no hubo. Al final solo comí bizcocho roñoso de limón.

Super helpful staff The room was large, very modern, well furnished & equipped, & peaceful There’s a 15 minute parking bay outside for unloading, then staff helpful in sorting discounted parking 2 minutes away. Buffet breakfast really good too. What’s not to like – a lovely 2 night stay.

Hotel Alda Pasaja is located on a busy street with a lot of traffic, right at the centre. The outdoor life in the centre is very noisy at night and night, even with windows closed and closures in there is a lot of noise load. The lift, water use of shower, washing table and toilet is also clearly hearable. The hotel has a stopline to load baggage and a street further is a public parking garage. The hotel has a discount code for parking costs €13 per day.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. Fun service, cleanliness, good breakfast, location near the promenade, bus station and the city centre. Thanks especially to the staff at the reception. We were stayed earlier than planned. Before the departure, breakfast was served at 6 a.m. I would like to mention a competent marketing and flexible price policy. We were very satisfied.

I was impressed with the entrance lobby on arrival, it has a wonderful smell and a cozy relaxing lounge area (without bar). I had booked a standard double room, which was a very large room with windows which you could open. It was an internal facing room, quiet and away from the main road, but no view to speak of. Although a double room, there was only one chair, 2 would have been good. The room was clean and fresh, white painted walls, but no character or personality. The bathroom was large as well, with a walk in shower and double sinks. Although the water did tend to leak from the shower to the bathroom floor. Nice shampoo/conditioner/gel in the shower - but no body lotion. Nice large fluffy towels and hairdryer with diffuser, but you had to keep a finger on the button to keep the hairdryer on, a bit awkward when trying to dry your hair. There was no mirror in the bedroom, only 2 above the sinks, neither were full length. I requested an iron and it was delivered to the room immediately, with travel ironing-board. I feel more could be done with the lounge area, this is where breakfast is taken. The tea/coffee machine sits there all day, perhaps make it available to guests free of charge during the day? The standard room had no tea/coffee making facilities. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located close to many restaurants/bars. Overall I felt the price I paid was not entirely worth it. I was expecting something with a bit of a wow factor.
