This was my second stay at Kwanze. It is still gorgeous and a beautiful zen experience, but service was not as good as it was two years ago. There was no cream for coffee nor Kahlua for an after dinner drink. Bread was delivered at the end of our meal.
The lights between our beds didn’t work. These are minor things but for the price they charge, they shouldn’t happen. We borrowed a cork screw to use in our room and were charged $12:50 USD

Todo fue muy lindo ! Traje a mi esposo a pasar una noche aquí por su cumpleaños y todas las sorpresas estuvieron muy bien, solo al hacer check in me dijeron todo lo que había contratado en frente de mi esposo , lo cual le quitó la sorpresa. Fuera de ahí la comida, el lugar , todo divino.
