I was worried because the location was in a crime-ridden area, but I didn't go behind the hotel and only went to the main street, so there wasn't much trouble. Valuables were stored in a safe in the room.

Had a great stay here whilst attending a gig in Athens. Staff were friendly and helpful, and also spoke English which was a bonus for us non-Greek speakers! It's not fancy and it's not perfect but it was fine for us. It's in a fairly ethnically-diverse area, which I believe is the cause of other reviewers deeming it 'dodgy', but for us it was friendly and welcoming, with lots of great restaurants, bars etc. The bathroom was a bit basic, but again, perfectly adequate. Everything worked. The only slight issue was the fact that the air-conditioning didn't work well and we were told not to adjust it, so it was very warm. Not too bad in February, but would be a big problem in the summer. Overall, would definitely stay here again in the cooler months.

The room full of mosquitos and dust. Bathroom wasn’t properly clean and AC barely works. The bed was dirty and with others people hair. We paid for two nights and we couldn’t even stay for half an hour. They didn’t want to help with refund. Terrible space. Don’t waste your money here.

A few of us chose this hotel, mainly due to its location which is only 5 minutes from the metro. Pleasant hotel. Quite dated, but more than adequate for our needs. Basic breakfast included. Reception is open 24 hours, which is great and the hotel has a small bar. Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was some early morning traffic noise.

The hotel desperately needs updating. The ac didn’t work, nor did the room mini fridge. Which are both advertised as amenities. When I asked about getting a working fridge they said they would look into it. Never did. Then said we could give whatever we needed kept cool to them and the would store it somewhere??

The hotel is very outdated, nothing like how the pictures look. It’s in unsafe area and the staff don’t respond to any requests. They don’t really care about the comfort of their visitors. Definitely won’t recommend.
