Not a very pleasant experience . They overcharged my card multiple times and some staff were not very accommodating.

We had the perfect family mini vacay at Loews Atlanta. It’s in walking distance to many eateries and attractions. Not to mention they have a spa and restaurant onsite.

The only complaint I had was it was no empty refrigerator to use in the room for our one personal food items .. you had no choice but to choose their drink option or snacks

The customer service throughout the hotel was AMAZING! Rooms need a little lift as some of the furniture is wearing like drawers not closing/staying closed creating trip hazards. Otherwise awesome!

Very peaceful, the staff was very friendly. I have stayed there before, and because of my previous experience I chose to return.

I loved my stay. My room was very nice. The hotel as a whole is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Excellent hotel. Fitness center is an 11 on 10 point scale. Enjoyed wonderful breakfast. Chazzie, our server, was nice as could be and full of smiles and good cheer. Food outstanding. Nice staff throughout, from the men who greeted us at door to our exit.

Booked for the basic room with a king size bed. Was sent an offer for an upgrade to a bigger room which was nice. The room was clean on a quiet floor. Parking was $40 for self parking. The staff was good. The lobby was nice. Room service had great options that were very tasty. We were very close to many restaurants and bars so that’s nice if that’s what you’re looking for. Bed was plush and comfortable. Would stay here again

Excellent! We go every year to celebrate the New Years Eve/New Years Day and each year this hotel is as consistent, if not better, than the year before. This place is well staffed by elite professionals, and I commend Loews for giving young people of all backgrounds an opportunity to serve their customers. Looking forward to going back again on 12/30/2024 to bring in 2025!

I had a great time staying at the Loews for a basketball game. My room was clean comfortable and quiet. The drinks at the bar were good and the staff was friendly. There were also several restaurants nearby. I’d stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was being incorrectly charged for valet services. The valet manager was very rude and refused to make the correct of them all 3 people to charge their valet to my room. I had to get another manager to help me out to get it corrected. Cause me to be delayed on my checkout and travel. When the valet manager walked up he said he didn’t have time for this.

Really enjoyed the courteous staff and amenities offered here.

The food, cleanliness and amenities are top tier. Will definitely stay again

Lorraine on reception helped me out in a big way. She kindly lent me her personal charger to enable me to charge my laptop up for an important meeting the following morning. Thank you very much!
