The room was poorly lit and the facilities were old. The fabric sofa was dark and I didn't dare sit on it.

The staff/owner, very friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, which was difficult for me. I tried the jacuzzi tub and the most foul smell came out of the water; couldn’t use it. I should have taken a picture, but the bed had torn foam misfitting sheets or topper. Location is good, especially from the train station.

The proprietor of the hotel was in every way superbly accommodating. We were late arrivals (11:30 pm) and he was there for us. We got up the next morning and he was there serving us breakfast. The property itself was beautiful. Definitely recommended. Right beside the train station. Excellent if traveling to Hallstatt or Salzburg.

Similar review to others. Hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, near to railway station for trip to lakes. Interesting interior, but no lift. Were "upgraded" to a room with a hottub that had a mind of its own. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good. Very expensive though.

Friendly reception, good restaurant. Bathroom/toilet, no partition/door to bedroom/breakfast rather mediocre.

Very good food from 5pm onwards! Nice rooms and very friendly staff!
