The hotel itself was lovely but not exactly a picturesque situation but the grounds and pool were very nice. The main disappointment was that upon arrival at 15:30 after driving nearly 8 hours from Luxembpurg, we reserved a table for dinner for 19:30 inside. We sat down for dinner were served the smallest gin and tonic in what appeared to be a tiny brandy glass. We then sat there for over 45 mins whilst everyone outside who arrived later than us were having their orders taken and food delivered. We could not attract anyones attention until I resorted to clapping my hands. We were apologised to but they said they would be with us shortly. Another 15 mins went by until we decided enough was enough and we walked put and had to go to Mc Donald's which sadly was the only other thing available in the close vicinity.

Très bon accueil, chambre fonctionnelle,salle de bains nickel. Grand parking sécurisé,jolie piscine . Avons mangé au restaurant le soir , bon repas , c’était copieux et frais . Buffet de petit déjeuner excellent. En bref une très bonne étape , et une équipe très sympa et efficace .

Je suis un habitué des Hôtels Ibis et des hôtels Accor en général. L’accueil souriant est toujours au rendez-vous. La literie est la grande force des Ibis et le petit déjeuner n’appelle aucune critique. Étant très friand de fromage, j’ai même trouvé du fromage de la région et pas ces morceaux de fromage insipides emballés sous plastique. Encore merci pour l’effort.

Hôtel bien situé et facile d’accès bien qu’a plus de 30 min de marche du centre ville. Préférez la voiture pour aller au centre ville, qui ne manque pas de parkings. L’accueil a été sympathique et professionnel. La surprise ce fut la qualité du petit-déjeuner et du dîner. Très bonne table, avec un service qui peut être amélioré. Joli terrasse et zone de détente en fin de journée. J’ai utilisé l’hôtel comme base pour explorer la région pendant 3 jours et je le conseille. Parmi les meilleures expériences Ibis pour moi.

Chambre sombre et sans âme. Absence de prise électrique au niveau des chevets. Aucune touche de gaieté ( pas un cadre, une touche de couleur....). Côté restauration, l'assiette de poisson est plutôt bien présentée et de qualité. Mais le tout est dégradé par un service médiocre et du personnel non qualifié , ou le savoir-faire se cherche autant que le savoir-être. Une direction "fantôme" ( peut-être plus proche de ses livres de comptes que de sa politique satisfaction client) qui semble avoir depuis bien longtemps oublié le lieu de ses responsabilités. Sauf erreur de ma part, pas une réponse de la direction à un avis Web ( positif ou négatif) ces dernières années. Peut-être un sursaut de conscience professionnelle en répondant à ce dernier. Belle suite capitalistique à vous. Nous mettons quant à nous un terme définitif à notre expérience ACCOR

Hôtel très très bien agencé, propre, personnel très agréable et serviable. Belle piscine pour se rafraîchir. Repas et petit déjeuner très bon. La chambre est très bien et assez grande. Nous étions côté route mais la chambre était très bien isolée du bruit. Nous avons beaucoup aimé!
