Location was good Service was good Room was good Toilet wasn't good because it was old and not clean enough. And the shower wasn't good because the water pressure wasnt strong enough. But it was nice to use washers.

The location was really good - central to transit, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The room itself was reasonably clean, but worn out. For example, the curtain was torn, the couch cushions were really soft and tiles were chipped and cracked. Nothing terrible, but not the level I’d expect for the price.

Was on 14th floor. Could hear street noise and partying from the bars and clubs until 1am on a wednesday. The lift broke, was stuck in there for 30 minutes. It says it has a gym, in reality it has a gym pass (only one) that has to be requested and sceduled for.

Loved our stay in a very well-appointed condo unit. Clean, comfortable and cute! Street noise was bothersome at times, otherwise a perfect place to stay.

It is service apartment hotel. No lobby, no public area, not many service as you can find in the hotel. For the room, it is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is small pantry to cook, laundry, ironing, dish washer, etc.

Great location and communication from the managers. Very handy apartment with washing machine, dryer and daily service. Everything was clean and tidy with the exception of the carpets and some dust on the AC unit.

Clean room and friendly staff. The staffer named Ash even made sure I had the gym card every night so I could go early in the morning. This was my second time staying here and won't be my last!

Apartment really well equipped including dishwasher ( which we didn’t use) washing machine and tumble dryer. Very comfortable and good air con and wifi. Only down side was no warning of the level of street noise and loud music well into the night. It’s a shock the first night but we got used to it by night 3. Very good location for being out and about in Auckland.

Great apartotel with daily housekeeping service. Check in and out was a breeze. Builders ng is quiet and secure. It is a kind of standard furnished apartment what had everything I needed to be comfortable and work while there. Perfect location, basic kitchen, washer/dryer, great AC, and a bonus patio. And, the bed is amazingly comfortable. Great value, it is exactly what you would expect in a furnished corporate apartment kind of environment.

Spacious and beautiful. I stayed here for a week for work and the location combined with the modern feel of the place was great. I will stay here again.

The hotel is close to the wharf and ferries. It was walkable to many areas. There are many options of restaurants close by.

We had never stayed in an apartment hotel before and were most impressed with what it offered for the price. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the laundry, oven or dishwasher, but it was great just to be able to make our own breakfast there. Quest on Queen is right downtown on a busy shopping street and one thing we learned the hard way is that Uber vehicles are not allowed to pick up there - so we’d recommend taking the Supershuttle to the airport if you don’t want the expense of a taxi.

Great location, easy access to food, shopping, public transport, art galleries, town hall, the harbour, night markets etc.

Great apartment for a short stay in Auckland. Really liked having a washer and dryer and everything I could want was in the kitchen. Only real negative was the Auckland night street noise. Was louder than I expected.
