Nice experience

服務人員很有禮貌，酒店也很好，挺滿意的！

酒店地理位置非常好。出門就是主街，各種餐廳。 因為是老建築，所以層高很高，內部重新裝修歐過，住起來很舒服。 酒店裡的飯店剛評上的米其林一星。可以去試試，價格真心不貴。最好提前預訂，不然可能沒位置。

The only thing that made a spot on the stay, was: We stayed in one of the expencieve rooms, but could not get a tabel in the resturant sauterday evening when we arrived.

Updated, historic hotel, close to the city center, Excellent staff, comfortable clean and comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom. Great breakfast buffet - however, quite a few external guests came to the hotel for breakfast on the Holidays, so reservations of a table for “peak breakfast times” is recommended. The restaurant also offers very good, contemporary German cuisine Regarding transport to the airport in Munich the hotel works with an external, local car company - however, reserve for a pick up from the hotel with a good margin as today (still a Holiday in Germany) there was quite a delay regarding the pick up.

Location is excellent and they offered valet parking which was great. Breakfast was fabulous. Good shopping nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property with a ton of shopping and dining options. Parking is tricky, but staff will take care of it for you.

The hotel is very well located for the city centre sights. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and most helpful. Dinner was delicious - we tried the Menu Gastronomique - and would recommend it. Maitre D in the restaurant was most impressive.The hotel is smart modern and feels up market. Parking is secure and just behind the hotel.

A hotel in central Augsberg right on the edge of the pedestrian zone. As you would expect, all is perfection. The hotel has its own multi-storey carpark to the rear of the hotel. The room is perfect, the restaurant is excellent and the restaurant manager Max really knows his job. The asparagus and hollondaise was good, but the chocolate mousse a bit heavy.

The hotel is situated centrally in the city. Parking is available on site. The restaurants (all) are very good. The service is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are renovated and the staff is well trained. A place to go back, good shopping is available around the corner.

Lovely 5 story hotel on main street about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Quiet during my visit in 9/2022 because streetcar line was under renovation down the street. Join the hotel's frequent guest program for a discount; you may be upgraded. I had room 418 on the 4th floor facing the front of the hotel on the wide Maximilianstrasse, & it was modern, tasteful, & larger than most. Staff are warm & friendly & concerned with matching you with the right room for your needs. If I am ever in Augsburg again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Overall the hotel is looking very good, the staff are very nice and kind. the gym is very basic without any air conditioner which was pretty hard to do some exercises due the heat and non air flow. Rooms are very nice, very spacious and clean. the housekeeping very good and seems it's one class than other hotels, the only thing that bothered me that they provide an envelope for tipping the housekeeping. the amenities are very nice but missing for example hair conditioner which I had to buy in other place. I asked to provide and they gave us a small one that suitable for one use. Breakfast is good, I found some difficult for my kids. the variety is OK, nice champagne in the morning. the food variety is not consistent over the week, a specific day without fruits, some days no pancakes. some days no fried eggs and need to ask for cook. the staff very kind and welcoming. overall I found better breakfast in 4 star hotels. I can't call this as a super breakfast. I ate dinner in the Maximillian's restaurant and the food were very delicious and the service as well.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Augsburg. It is on a classic European street with wonderful shops and restaurants and is within walking distance to the beautiful churches. We booked a family combination room which had two connected rooms for our family of 5. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms were spacious. It was fantastic for us to be together as many of the other hotels we stayed at we had to book completely separate rooms to accommodate our family of 5. We were offered little treats in our room and free bottles of mineral water which were nice little perks. The rate we booked also included breakfast the following morning which was a full breakfast buffet including champagne. This was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.
