Customer service was meh.  She didn’t greet me coming in and her attitude was not of a great customer service front desk person.  I checked in at 2 because my email stated I could check in at 2 pm and she informed me that it wasn’t til 3 pm well she wasn’t apologetic about it nor offered any apology due to the miss information.  The room was decently cleaned but there were hairs in the bathroom that should have been sweeper up or wiped up.  The refrigerator is old and doesn’t keep things cold enough.  The ice machine was still broken from what I read in a last review.  It’s been broken for too long. The location is good for the area.  No problems on the nights we stayed. There are no extra services or amenities that we were offered.  I mean we got what we paid for.  My most of all petty things.   Is when you work at the front desk, have some manners, be polite, and think if you can do better when you talk to the person in front of you.

Good facilities, there are fridge and microwave in the room, quite helpful for travelers who want to est something simple for breakfast or dinner. The room service helps to keep the room clean. Downside is it can be noisy at night and can hear the outside when the people outside is loud.

This hotel provide clean room in good location (little bit old building but it’s ok with budget).

Our room was a bit small since we booked an economy room, but for a popular tourist area, it offered good value for money. I thought parking would be charged, but it turned out to be free. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

Is nice place , wish maybe have some kind of place for the animals to do the business! And the mattress maybe not so spring .  The lady’s at front desk is nice 😊

Laundry was closed The room had a fireplace which rattled constantly in the wind. We complained and said nothing they can do So this 5 feet from the bed = stuff all sleep

酒店位置比較好，價格不貴，停車方便，共兩層無電梯，房間寬敞，有微波爐。洗澡水比較小，空調噪音有點大。

房間很大停車方便無早餐無電梯，相對看起來沒那麼現代，但是住起來還可以，畢竟價錢適中在美國酒店裡算便宜的了
