I wasnt happy to have to get another room on the spot. I traveled with 3 other people and we had 2 queen beds in our room but the hotel didnt let more than 2 people per room. I understand covid is a problem but I feel like it was a scam. I paid 100 for a basic 1 star room.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life, quite literally. The hotel is the "epitome" of a roach motel with actual roaches in the room. The hot water didn't work on arrival. The front door was damaged. The owner was yelling at multiple guests. This place is a train wreck. It is unsafe and unsanitary and should be condemned.

Its America's worst place to live. It is more labor camp. What ever shown in pics are not operational..breakfast is in brown bag. U cant sit in the lobby..

The room was very dirty and smelled really bad. Flyes in the bathroom and the tub was so dirty that our children did not want to shower. Do not recommend this hotel

Sketchy and black mold in the shower. Took one step into the room and decided to go somewhere else even though there were no refunds.

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at, not to mention the gentleman at the front desk who was courteous and attentive. I don’t usually do reviews but I felt they went above and beyond.

Friendly staff. This trip was booked for a family traveling for work. His second week in Austin. He mentioned that checking in was like the show "Cheers "; the front desk representative recognized him and welcomed him back, and was very helpful. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Booked this for a family working out town. He explained that the stay was comfortable, the staff was very friendly. The hotel was conveniently close to medical center area.
