Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin

Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good.

Good place for stay. Super easy to walk around downtown.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were great, the location super convenient! Super happy with my stay!

The staff were lovely and the valet/doormen attentive. The room/bed combination was horrible for sleeping - both my husband and I sweat through the sheets and had to sleep on towels, even though the air was set to 68 degrees.
