We called in to see if we could cancel our night on Friday because we had an injury and we're needing to go home early. We were told it could not be canceled when we got to the hotel my whole reservation was canceled for both nights. The hotel is dirty there's homeless people all over the place and our room had black mold. When we told housekeeping about the black mold they said it's sealed which it's not. We were then charged an extra $50 because you canceled the reservation. It's a horrible hotel in a horrible area of town.

The noise from the traffic & the freight trains was very unfortunate. But lesson learned, I should have done my homework & will do better in the future

You know you are in trouble when the staff leaves foam earplugs in each room. Constant traffic, train and aircraft noise. Lobby locked down at night. There are better options if you are willing to pay a little more ....

The property is dated, old buildings. However, it exceeded my expectations in the quality of service and assor**ent of breakfast options. It’s one of those properties that prove that older buildings have a certain charm. If you are a person that needs the newest of everything, then this property wouldn’t be for you; but if you don’t mind having the sounds of ‘age’ around you and enjoy a rustic feel, then give this place a try.

Easy to get to from the main road and conveniently located about 15 mins from State Farm Arena. Andy at the front counter was super nice and helpful. Once we settled in and we're going to bed, that's when the train started. About once an hour a train would go by right next to the motel and blow the horn multiple times very loudly. Husband and son sleep thru it but i almost had a heart attack! It was so loud! Also a lot of cars race up and down the main road and that can be loud as well. Breakfast was good but if you're a light sleeper then i would skip this place.

Liked: Nice location, clean and accomodating.
Disliked: noisy and check out procedure not clear, clerk was very rude.
