Didn't have the sea view room we booked but gave us a side sea instead + all inclusive, so was a great compensation. Hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable!

Blown away with how helpful and friendly the staff are. Soto the pool barman really looked after me and my family with drinks everyday. Food was really well cooked and prepared, with a very wide variety also. Very clean and tidy hotel with regular entertainment in the day and evenings. Would highly recommend this family oriented hotel and be looking to come back here in the near future. 10/10

Very nice hotel with good service, always helpful and understanding. Real good food and drinks also with no alkohol for kids. I real like the barman sodos he’s every nice and warm. I’ll give you photo for example of the no alkohol drinks for kids

Brilliant location with lovely food. (Regarding the restaurant, order drinks immediately as the service is so slow you will probably have eaten your dinner before the drinks arrive). The pool is nice and quiet which is so relaxing. This hotel gets top marks for exceptional cleanliness too. My only gripe was because of three different servers. A young girl serving at the main pool bar rolls her eyes and replies with insincerity and sarcasm everytime that it put me off going over. An overweight sweaty server in the restaurant is really slow at taking drinks orders and is always falling over herself or dropping things!! Another server in the restaurant has personal hygiene issues with her black teeth and excessive dandruff, which sounds so petty but it's really off-putting at dinner!! Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel with a blue flag beach.staff all very friendly and helpful especially Sotos who is brilliant and I recommend you try his special cocktail 🍹 . Would recommend this hotel especially this time of year when it’s not too busy and the weather is still in the high 20s

Excellent service. Don't be afraid to ask, if you have 'All inclusive', there was nothing the couldnt help with. If it's not on the menu, they will help you solve it etc. Of course the most interaction was with the people, which was Sotos and his team. Great personal with only service in mind and happy personalities.

My husband and I love the spa here. Whenever we come to Cyprus we always try to make it a mission to come here if we cannot stay in the hotel. We love the manager Maria who always remembers us and greets us with a warm smile and professionalism. I had a wonderful full body massage by Kapita who seemed to really enjoys her job which made me enjoy the massage even more. Once again it was a wonderful experience and already looking to come back again in the near future.

Tasty food, very nice swimming pools, excellent location near the lovely beach, really helpful stuff and great cocktails made by Sotos and his team! Apartment is perfect for the families, although you may encounter ants and other insects.

Really beautiful resort, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The amount of street cats on this island is something unbelievable and there are many volunteers in the areas who help look after them as best as they can. It’s always nice to ask how you can help as a guest if you also love animals, alongside your vacationing. Hopefully the hotel will start a program to help the cats as well. Recommend the visit for sure!

The BEST hotel we have ever stayed in as a family. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean with maid service daily. The food is delicious with lots of choice for all of the family and the pool side bar food is especially good. The location is excellent, with the hotel situated beach side and a number of pools to keep you cool in the fabulous Cyprus heat. The best bit about this hotel are the wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so friendly and helpful. They all work incredibly hard to make your experience memorable. Our two notably shy daughters adore Sotos and his amazing cocktails and feel confident enough to order their drinks with him. Something that they would never normally do back in the UK. We would like to say a huge thank you to all at the hotel for making our first trip to Cyprus, as a family, so special. We hope to come back again and will be recommending the hotel to all of our family and friends!

We have just returned from a week stay at the Melissi Beach Hotel with two 18 year olds and a 9 year old. On arrival which was in the early hours of the morning, staff were friendly and our check in was smooth and quick. As we had missed dinner, sandwiches, fruit and water were provided in our rooms which was very welcome after our night time travelling. The restaurant was spacious and offered tables indoor and outdoor which was lovely. The choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was extensive, with a variety of hot and cold options which were very tasty. There was a wide choice of food that all our party were happy with. My daughter in particular enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and waffles. The hotel also do food theme nights as well, including Mexica, Asian, Worldwide and Italian. The AI package also includes a set menu reservation to a Greek Taverna and Italian restaurant. This has to be booked through the hotel reception. We ate at the Greek Taverna and the food was delicious and staff very friendly and accommodating. On our visit at the start of the holiday there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool after breakfast, with no one reserving them with towels. However as the week went on and the hotel got busier unfortunately this changed and the pool sunbed availability was more limited. The hotel provides guest with fresh beach towels each day during your stay which was great. The pool was clean and monitored each day by two lifeguards who were very friendly and chatty with our family. The hotel is right on the beach where there are also plenty of sunbeds for a small fee. The pool bar staff were also very friendly and attentive, in particular Sotos who's cocktails were delicious...in particular his one called London Bridge (not yet on the menu, but very delicious!) Big thanks to Sotos and his team for their friendly service and hospitality! The AI includes cocktails from the pool and hotel bar and there was a wide choice of cocktails to choose from. The pool bar also serves ice cream, hot drinks, and also serves food (when the main restaurant is closed). My daughter enjoyed going to the hotel kids club. This was staffed by 3 lovely ladies for most of the day and then later for the kids disco. The girls entertained and warmly accommodated my daughter (who has ASD) with face painting, puzzles and dancing. Big thanks to the 3 ladies at the kids club for making my daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Also thank you to Joseph in the hotel bar who looked after my daughter when she could not find us. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean throughout. Our hotel rooms were in the main hotel and were comfortable and clean, with a fridge, hairdryer and safe to use (deposit required) After checkout, guests have the use of a bookable courtesy room which we booked to use to freshen up before our return home. This room has a shower, hairdryer and iron, and has fresh towels and toiletries to use. The hotel is very close to

All the reviews about the hotel being amazing are correct and I am already planning a return visit. I thought I’d add a few different things to other people which may add something on top of the amazing hotel that it is in the reviews. I didn’t realise the rooms were sound proofed but they are and you really can’t hear people in other rooms when you are inside your room with the doors shut. That is another bonus as that can really impact your holiday hearing sounds from other rooms. There is a really good computer system for letting people know if you want room cleaned, do not disturb and they stick to it so you don’t feel like someone could disturb you. The safe is 2 euros a day if you want it which is reasonable but I didn’t use it. You get a code from reception. I went all inclusive and sometimes I find the sounds and bustle of an all inclusive restaurant a bit much however, the restaurant here was not like that and you could relax whilst eating. My mum asked me to write this review for her and my dad who stayed at this hotel for a week in May. The hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The bar staff are fantastic here, special mention to Sotos and his team. Reception staff were amazing, they supplied us with a changing room with towels and showering facilities as we had a late flight. The pools were great, well maintained by staff. Food was delicious and the waiters were brilliant. Would return and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing service, problaly the best food we have ever had at a hotel. The all inclusive was really Worth it. Friendly and helpfull staff. Amazing choice of drinks - recommend the Sotos Special. :-) They also have 2 restaurants in close proximity also included in the All inclusive - was really Nice
