Kolmhof

Everybody was friendly in the Hotel and on the ski sklops. Also terme in Bad are totaly relaxing. We were there in the end of january and at the begining of the february, when it was not crowded on the lifts and ski sklops. We would like to come here again.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the ski lift. Very convenient when you can reach all ski resorts on skis with one entry. The hotel has a very good spa and a nice outdoor pool with thermal water. Recommended for people who like to ski and enjoy swimming and sauna the rest of the day

We enjoyed very much our winter holiday. The location is great, wonderful wellness area, excellent food, clean room, small surprises! Good ski slops and beautiful natural environment. Thank you so much for hospitality of Kolmhof Team.

- Acceptable rooms, clean but with some noise (especially from the old fan). - Diner with 3 options: meat, fish and vegetarian but mostly it was take-out food. Annoying the internet hotspot, we had random and offer connectivity issues with all devices (IOS, android, windows, ….) since the landing page doesn’t come up on reconnection. - Ski looker is just a room without any security and also the hotel is declining any responsibility for missing stuff from that room (we don’t have any missing equipment, but is not a relaxing feeling to know that we left all the skiing equipment without any security) - Even if they claim that for any issue you just have to go to reception, in reality, they don’t care about the complaints made on the spot and they prefer to ignore them. (We had an incident with a lady that present herself “from the team” and yell at some children to make them cry, in the kids' room, and we reported this to the reception, in the end, we were ignored by the hotel management.) (so, if you are with kids, be careful around the hotel kids' room) - Pretty old and small elevator and the most annoying is the working until 3’rd floor, even if the hotel has 4’th floors. (so, pay attention to the 4’th flor rooms) Definitely, not a 4-star hotel!

Beautiful family run hotel, with a very cosy homely feel. Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was to much trouble. Excellent food. Buffet breakfast has everything you could want. Very clean spacious room. Facilities are excellent including a heated outdoor pool. Ski storage on site. 2 min walk from ski lift, ski pass ticket office and intersport ski hire. 5 min walk to nursery slope where the ski school is located. So it's in a excellent location. Free WiFi. All of this made for an amazing stay for my son and I. Would highly recommend this hotel.
