第二次入住，房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，床墊睡着很舒服，被子的厚度剛剛好，沒有消毒水的味道；過道燈是聲控的，可以作為夜燈使用，半夜醒來上洗手間的你衹要咳嗽一聲就會亮起來，非常人性化的設計；早餐很豐盛，照片為證。非常好，昌江入住首選！

昌江政府老酒店，比馬大。設施略舊，好用就夠。餐廳夠大，用餐方便。所處環境，清幽，睡覺安靜。
為看木棉花來昌江，未見花，見到百年酸豆角樹。
為訪蘇東坡來昌江，不見蘇軾，讀到蘇詩上百。

本打算住一天就走，到了這裏之後被酒店的環境和規模吸引，非常喜歡這種花園式酒店，住起來舒服，方便，於是又續住了5天。

從五指山或者樂東往東，或者從儋州往南，昌江是個值得一停的好地方。周邊有不少較原始的景點，人不多，但很秀麗。大廣壩上俯瞰水庫，娥仙嶺景區的雨林棧道、小桂林、娥娘洞、超高性價比觀光車、遊船都讓人很贊。所以，時間不敢的話真的可以在昌江停留一天。昌江可選的舒適性酒店不多。凱利柏爾性價比超高。因為樂東凱利柏爾住的很愉悦，所以在昌江也選擇了同一品牌。昌江的凱利柏爾雖然説新裝修，但實際上覆用了不少之前老酒店的元素和設施，應該是酒店換了老闆或者品牌。所以有的設施略顯老舊，不過保養的還算整潔，這個還算滿意。這裏比較稱讚的是服務，前台説話很奈斯，跟嘮家常一般親切，還幫忙升級了房型，心情超級愉悦。酒店外部環境沒話説，後花園很漂亮，值得早上飯後轉一圈。早飯也比預期的要豐盛。酒店標註四鑽，綜合來説性價比很高，值得再來

設施：裝修有些年代感了，淺色的地毯斑駁印記使得諾大的客房有了滄桑感。衞浴設施尚可，水量充足，就是浴缸是擺設。電梯內配備消毒設備貼心。隔音一般，能接受。早餐還好，與酒店定價匹配。
衞生：保潔員很客氣，就是有個小瑕疵，我們入住時被單外面有污漬，好在裏面乾淨我們也就沒有要求更換，或許酒店也為了控制成本吧……
環境：酒店周圍綠樹成蔭，有個小泳池，一條小河從酒店旁流過，閑暇之餘遛彎兒散步的好場所。距酒店兩公里處有超市購物廣場，麥當勞等餐飲店鋪。
服務：比起保潔員的禮貌，前台服務可是短板，酒店與各個平台溝通好像都出現問題，每天都看見有人在網上預訂後，到酒店被告知無房的狀況；不過當某些通過關係介紹的親屬入住時卻有房。

本來要住棋子灣那邊的酒店，發現實在太貴了，網上看了下週邊店，看了圖片覺得不錯，但是太便宜也不敢下單，到店裡看了房間後就在前台下單了，前台服務員態度很好，全程幫**作下單，春節再來時會再住。

酒店硬件設施換了老闆以後，略有提高。但服務人員工作態度極其強硬，儼然一副你愛住不住，這裏就是我説了算。公共區域衞生很差，到處是灰塵污漬。早餐一般，東西少，完全對不起這個價格。讓服務員送一次性浴缸套，機器人送來的是刷。電視沒聲音，為了看個電視，叫了兩回工程人員。酒店位於市中心，想看風景的換其他地方吧。昌江的酒店多了去了。這麼拽的地方，實在適應不了。
