Good place, the service is slow but ok, no body molest in the room, only the hotel check out 11:00 AM and the web site Mark 12:00, but one more time no problem.... yes much people but no problem...... no body say nothing. Is ok place for stay.

Location was on a busy Street. Neighborhood Seems to be on the bad side of town. Our first room was dirty and smelly with flies everywhere. Bed sheets had stains and hair. Melissa (the lady that checked us in) was nice enough to offer us to check and choose from two other rooms. The cleaning lady that Melissa brought initially to see our first room was rude and had a ghetto attitude. We decided to choose and stay in one of the other room. It was a little cleaner and didn't smell dirty like the first room. Overall the only positive was the service from Melissa. Thank you Melissa. Unfortunately we don't recommend this motel and, we will never stay there again...

Service was horrible, Dirty beds and roaches in room. Would not recommend to anyone

Everything it just good this week they are doing a lot of remodeling in the hotel they are doing great with the new rooms I did get one yet but end it’s good

The only issue I had was that the smoke detector was going off two days at night. They were fixed but still was an issue.

Bedding sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Restroom wwas dirty. Night staff no customer service at all and did not help

I would not recommend this to anyone. There was no shower head. The entire place was gross. Looks like they barely cleaned. And thats just a few of the many issues.

We had a long day before us and we were looking forward to get some rest. We arrived at our hotel for check in at 4pm and were given out keys right away. Our room was at the second floor but trash and people (not guests) were crowding the stairway. When we arrived at the room, it smelled heavily of cigarettes. The rooms were mediocre and there was deposits in the toilet before we even used it. The room looked as dirty as the streets leading up to the hotel. We reasoned it was only one night and within our price range. Come night time, midnight to be exact, a man heavily kept knocking at our door. Did not announce themselves just drastically tried to get into our room. We were suddenly woken up and yelled out to ask who it was. They stated they were front desk but seeing as there were many people gathered outside casually, we called the main office to confirm someone from the office was truly knocking at our door. Turns out the receptionist mixed two reservations up and gave us someone else’s room. No need for the loud banging at 12am scaring the life out of us. Advice: splurge a little extra money on a place with better comfort and far better cleanliness.

Do not send messages on the chat, they dont see it. My reservation got canceled because they failed to check the messages saying I would arrive late. They I tried calling and no one answered. Its possible, they are super short staffed so the review goes to the management who need to hire more people. Once I arrived, there was a sign that said they had stepped away and not to go look for them, of bang on the window or yell...this really gave me a bad vibe about the service.

There was no towels on the room. The whole environment in and out was poorly clean

It want very clean there we’re tagging on the bathroom door the chair in the room looked like someone burned it and there were burn holes in the curtain as well

I tried to get a refund because I could not stay at this hotel, the room was dirty, furniture and restroom area were so damaged, the curtains shower was disgusting and receptionist were so rude when I tried to get my money back and and they said is non Refundable!

I guess what do you expect for $52 a night. I didn't expect construction in the room above me at 4am. I did expect remote controls for the tvs(we had 2 rooms, neither had remotes.) One room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling that looked like a breast hanging from the ceiling. the "dressers" in both rooms were broken. One room smelled like it had hosted 100 cigar smokers the night before. The meth heads at every corner were a nice touch though. I almost forgot, the pool, oh the pool! It looked like those 100 cigar smokers bathed in it while putting out their cigars in the water.
