Amazing attention to the guests ... This te is really obove standards... Not even in higher category hotels you find this... I felt they were all there to support and help... I arrived very early after a terrible long trip.. They made sure I could check in as early as possible... Same, the day after I arrived late for breakfast but still they tried to accomodate me... The room is a little small.

Really good location. Views at breakfast from the cafe are worth the stay alone. The rooms with balconies are worth paying more for. The rooms are clean. Staff are always attentive and helpful. Loved the true authentic Azeri experience over a chain hotel or upmarket boutique hotel. Really memorable hotel stay
