We didn't bring enough small notes but the hotel staff helped us use telkom pay to help us pay the driver.
We also could not find laundry before galungan day. the hotel itself has a very affordable laundry that day for 20k per kg.
Very good service in helping guest. Feel very welcome. The facilities at this current time is still under some renovation but i think it will be good once things like the swimming pool is fixed. It was not a deal breaker for us.

Service au top, gentillesse et serviabilité de la part du personnel.
Je recommande à 100% nous avions une chambre vu sur le jardin et la piscine, incroyable.
Proche du centre de Ubud.
Vu époustouflante depuis la piscine et végétation, couleur incroyable.
Allez y les yeux fermés.

Очень хорошее место. Обслуживание просто шикарное. Любые вопросы решаются очень быстро. Очень вкусные завтраки. Бассейн шикарный, очень красивая территория. Тихо и спокойно. Из недостатков уставший номер и много муравьев в номере, но это джунгли поэтому простительно :)

Best location in ubud, nice and peaceful location over looking the river and the forest, at 7 minutes from the center of ubud . The infinite large pool is amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially at the front desk, Widi at the front desk was very helful and takes care of the hotel with a lot of love and kindnes. Next time I come to bali ubud I will stay here again.

I m bharat from india, AC was not working in my room so I complained about it to receptionist she and other 3 people talking to each other but not solving problem. Hotel manager saying that u can leave the hotel in middle of night i will refund u and talking very rudely and laughing on me and say do what u want to do either sleep in room without AC or leave the hotel.think twice before booking

The hotel needs some freshening up. Parts of the facilities and rooms are run down.
The service can be better. I had to ask two days in a row to get extra showergel. You only get one tiny bottle. When I entered the room there was a dirty, moist sofa which I had to ask to be replaced. The hotel was empty (off-season) so the staff was bored and hanging or even lying on the seats at the reception and restaurant. This is not a professional attitude.
The two bars, at the pool, and the outside terrace as well as the spa were closed.
I ordered dinner 1 time and got a gado gado without peanut sauce and even did not get a napkin.
The infinity pool is amazing with a beautiful view. This is in the end what kept me at this hotel.
