I can not fault the hotel for the price. It is located in one of the many alleys only a minute walk to the beach. The top floor has an Infinity pool, which is perfect as there is always a slight breeze, especially mid afternoon.

For me on my experience kita beach hotel is excellent. Low price,good service, very clean and the location is very strategic. Near the beach,mall and restaurants.

Reasonably priced boutique hotel nicely positioned close to Kuta/Legian beach. Close to large shopping centre with many restaurants and bars nearby.
Rooms are not large but comfortable with good shower.
Breakfast was adequate but could do with more variety. TV was a bit old and needs an upgrade.
Overall clean, comfortable and value.

Rooftop pool a joke, room ordinary, Ok for a flight stopover but no good for a holiday hotel
Friendly Balinese staff but loads more places to stay with better amenities and a atmosphere

The hotel in popular Kuta district location. From 2 till 18 PM they have happy hours in the bar 2in1. Swimming Pool on the roof . Room are very small , if you with family order deluxe room .

A disappointing stay. Aircon leaking, lights not working,writing table is stained, furniture was broken.
