Most favorite hotel. Feeling at home, the butler was patient and patient with a smile from start to finish. We all liked him and finally took a photo with him. The room is very large, very bright and bright, although some details are not perfect, such as some old towels, there will be one or two small bugs, but it is understandable, but it is definitely much better than ordinary hotels, and in such a large house None of the mosquitoes. The experience of staying is to wake up in the morning listening to birds whispering, watching the changes in the light and shadow of the sunrise on the sea, it is wonderful, and then there will be monkeys to visit, you can feed them food, they are very civilized and will not grab things, Even shy, then closed the floor-to-ceiling window and lay on the bed to watch the monkeys playing on the balcony. The housekeeper prepared breakfast downstairs. After breakfast was sunny, he jumped into the pool to swim happily. When he was hungry, he asked the housekeeper to float bread and snacks Eat and swim by the pool, you can also go to the cliff pool outside for a swim. The cliff pool scenery is super enjoyable. It is not enough to swim inside. The photos are also particularly high-level, like a magazine picture, spike various infinity pools. After taking a picture of the cliff pool, I don't want to look at the infinity pool. The hotel is very convenient, supermarkets, restaurants, one street, butler can take us at any time. After staying for three nights, our family was very reluctant. Before leaving, the hotel also gave a small gift as a souvenir. If I return to Bali next time, I will definitely stay here.

My boy and I rented this room last week with Jetstar hotels, once we arrived, we immediately realized that the building did not reflect the photos or rather not all and not trustfully. The building was old and there was a tent in the door of the bathroom, and the last room was all accumulated in our bathroom waste, which was a terrible smell. The boy at the reception tried to clean it gently, but the smell was again the same. We asked for explanations, and the boy at the reception (I want to say very kind and available) tells me, ”It's not my fault because we haven't contracted with this hotel for at least four years.” We have therefore contacted the company that told us that, unfortunately, it could not give us any refund, which is absolutely absurd. Moreover, if you get out of here, the only way to travel is to have a motorbike or you can't move if you don't have local taxis that ask you for absurd figures for Bali, GOJEK and GRAB can't travel in this area so you'll be forced to pay A local taxi if you don't have the possibility to rent a motorbike. This is below the photos of the hotel at the time of booking and the photos of the tent and view from the terrace (common).

Clean and quiet around. Nothing around. You have to eat your own food. It seems to be a good place for those who like quiet

The price is on the high side and the transportation is not very convenient, but there is a paid motorcycle rental service. You can rent a motorcycle for a fee to go around the area. The neighborhood is really remote, the lights are very dim at night, and it is quite dark when walking inside the villa. It is not recommended for single women to stay here, but it is more recommended for couples or families. The attitude of the service staff is very good but the cleaning quality is not very good. I will not consider staying here again.

Thank you ever so much for having us at Bvlgari Resort Bali, such a prestigious resort. I’ll take this chance to thank all the staff members, in particular Dewa, who has been amazing assisting us throughout our stay in the beautifully prepared and welcoming villa. He has been present and formal to us at all times. Same goes for butler Stefanus that after carefully observing our preferences he has provided us with a basket of local fruits, a beautiful surprise that contributed to our amazing experience at the villa and more importantly Bali. A thank you also to the housekeeping team that has been so professional to guarantee villa cleaning and make up at times when we were not in the villa to keep us our space and ensure privacy at all times. Having had such a nice family time we are looking forward to repeat this experience again at Bvulgari hopefully for a longer time period
