The location was great. The grounds and overall condition of the hotel were nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Personally thought the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Mattress was just ok and pillows had definitely seen better days. Neither my husband or myself cared for the hot food offered at breakfast. We have had better complimentary breakfasts at other Hampton Inns. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would probably stay again if we need that location.

Breakfast was included in the rate however it was not offered on the first morning because “the person in charge did not show up”. No voucher or even a small symbolic discount was offered at checkout. A small goodwill gesture would have gone a long way but unfortunately this was not the case. Disappointing. Will choose a different hotel for our next stay.

Even though asked for housekeeping, never had it in three days. Corridors on our floor was never vacuumed in that time. Women's room across from dining room not maintained, no paper products.
Morning staff at desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Only one elevator was working which was very inconvenient when hotel was packed for Thanks giving. Breakfast staffing was VERY slow refilling breakfast items on the buffet bar.

Very nice clean hotel the staff was very kind and courteous. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfy, my only nitipik would be the pillows weren't very supportive

Bathroom floor was sticky with something so obviously hadn’t been mopped. One elevator was broken so we used stairs instead of waiting most of time. Internet was intermittent. Stay in Hampton inns regularly and this is one of worst except for desk and breakfast staff. Was also exceptionally expensive - 250 a night - for a Hampton We are in area for a train show three times a year. Have stayed here four times but this was our last
