This is my second time staying at the Springhill Suites in the last 4 months. It has quickly become my go-to hotel when I am in time visiting family. The rooms are clean, fresh, and the entire staff is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Kudos to Alison the GM for running such a smooth operation !

Came down to inner harbor for the night with my family. We stayed at a residence inn back in October when we went to Atlanta, so we knew we wanted to stay again in residence inn. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Valet parking was very convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the harbor. Close to many restaurants/bars.

This is my first time coming to this hotel I felt very welcomed staff were super nice and professional, clean. It made me feel comfortable the room was amazing bathroom amazing I did not want to leave what I loved was that my name was on the TV I definitely will be returning again soon.

It was very lovely. The view of the water from our room was magnificent. The room was a great size and was very clean. The only thing I wish is that the parking garage was a little closer, but they do offer valet service. So all in all I had a great experience. O and also they let me check in early, which was a life saver.

Good location, small room, is the usual hotel in the United States, no breakfast, parking is a small brother berth at the door, do not know where to go, 35 knives a night, the little brother to return to the car to give at least 2 knives tip

It is especially convenient in the hospital area. One room has a double bed and a double sofa bed. It can be opened for four people. It is also convenient to have a kitchen. The hotel's infrastructure is complete. There are ice machines and water dispensers. There is a free coffee bar.

The hotel is located in downtown, convenient for travel, and the overall experience of staying is not bad.

True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel. The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes. The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk. A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out. Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember. In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers.
