This is the first time me and my family stayed here +) Location, wide variation of breakfast from traditional, national and international food and taste also good, room is decent and comfy -) If you weren’t the hotel guests and you want to go to the underground parking lot you must use the stair because the elevator cannot be use because you dont have the access card. That happen when i just arrived at the hotel There’s a small incident at my room when i got back to the room from outside at night i found puddles at the floor near the glass windows and also the curtain also wet too. When i called and they check it they immediately offer me to moved to other room (the manager on duty himself directly came to me to apologized) Salute for the responsive action from manager on duty.
