Old rooms need reno.. not enough power points.. bedside no PowerPoint to charge phone. Bathroom very old and needs work. Pool has cracked tiles need repairs. Old gym so didn’t use. Internet would often disconnect randomly and annoying. Good location for weekend and night activities. Concierge Mr Sugeng and other concierges were the friendliest and helpful during my time that made me thru the week.

Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

Amazing hotel lobby architecture and services rendered. Staff was helpful and top notch. Requested for high floor and quiet room as the venue is close to the busy roads. Breakfast spread was not bad, it could have been better. Cons is the pool was freezing cold, should have been warm. Loved our stay here as its close to Bandung Train Station, it may look walking distance but the pathways are not as promising if you have luggages. Just a tip, private hirers (grab/gojek) may overcharge, one need to be wary of such additional fees etc as we encountered few dishonesty drivers in the city.

Hotel was great and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and i love the bathtub. The only tiny downside is that they provide mineral water in small bottles of 330 ml. Not sure why as it run out very quickly, and also means more plastic bottles consumed😅 Please change to bigger ones

I stay here for 2 nights with family. We booked condotel 2 rooms with bath tub at price around Rp.900k/night through OTA. (+) The hotel attached with Braga citywalk mall which nearly empty but its on great location at famous Braga Street. The staff service friendly, prompt and responsive. Hot shower superb. TV channel selectiona great, AC good function, rooms service (nasgor) superb at Rp.68k/portion include water bottle (-) However there's some point need to improve such as. In our room #1902, the toilet smells stinks everytime it's flush, happen since day 1. The wardrobe broken, microwave insides really dirty, ants everywhere and cleaning works need to go detail. Another thing to concern is the bath towel conditions was awful. Not stars hotel standard at all. (Pic attached). I suggest the room goes maintenance before back to sell and please provide only clean-white towel for almost 1 million room price. For this time being not recommend but will be back should the improvement done.

The location is pretty good but apart from that it was disappointing. The bed sheets were clean but very grubby looking when we checked in. The walls are very thin and other guests very very noisy so we didn’t get much sleep here! The bathrooms were okay, hot showers and extra toilet paper but the drains smelled bad the entire time! The actual bed was comfortable which was good. The female staff member was great but we gad an issue with one of the males and our laundry. He told us it would be next day 2pm and 20K per kg but instead it was 2 days and charged by the item so cost way more than we expected. Very disappointed in this! Overall wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other choice and would recommend staying elsewhere

+ the room spacious + the room is seamless clean + the room equipped basic TV channel - the room have minimum basic amenities - bed sheet is clean but the stain is not gone which is total turn off - the curtain is only 1 without any second curtain to allow the sunlight in its only by lamp so not appealing in morning as the surrounding views is bandung resident slump The hotel itself - no pool - 1 small elevator - located in narrow street alley - spa arrangement available but the service will be in the room which is totally Invaded privacy and uncomfortable to have The food + all halal food although not shown + standard they try to provide all basic but not much variance or even local cuisine shown - the egg have lot of oil - the crackers is not crunch - the restaurant is minimum light is just dim light for breakfast - The WiFi is on off in the room I never use the WiFi for my laptop as it useless. + the reception and the room service is warm and delightful to interact with + the hotel have CCTV in strategic spot + I left my iPad in room alhamdullilah all good nothing is missing My personal experience staying here for 3 night I have to changes room on 2nd day as the TV is blackouts and when I ask for additional pillow they ask additional fee /daily which is quite new as I thought most standard hotel have 2 pillow at least The food is not that great but is OK but I try the chicken porridge however I found hair in crackers (side dish) which is another turn off and I informed it to the waiters. Compare with another hotel which is located in same road this hotel is above them all but if you compare other similia cost with this hotel I think better choose hotel chains that already have excellence in review TripAdvisor’s
