Decent room to get some relaxation after full day work and delicious food but network issue I felt and also wifi wasn't work properly. Room was cleaned but when next day they clean coffee mugs I felt hygiene issue as they haven't replaced or cleaned at kitchen.

Have been coming here from last 10 years but an amazing transformation seen this time. Lovely interiors, good food and a wonderful staff (staff is the same n they were helpful always) it’s a best option for business travellers in the heart of the city within a decent budget .

it was neat and clean, Room found well ***aged , Neat & clean. While coming in hotel found quick check in well ***nered. Ur luggage also drop by boy who look after that. Over all i found the good experience.

we stayed for twice there in a total of 7 days. Rooms are fresh and clean. Everything is working, except we had some issues in wifi. They should be able to provide wifi code for the no of days we have booked or are staying. Changing it daily makes a hassle. Foods are good in overall...its a value for money hotel

Iam regular vistor of Citrine from ***y years. Nothing has changed. In fact it has improved a lot. Usually ***y Hotels after initial Success will decorate. But here they Citrine thry have improved in all aspects. Be it be their service, hospitality, hygiene etc. etc. I always feel comfortable and homely when I come to Citrine. Entire staff of Citrine are too good, polite and service oriented and always customer centric. Mr. Hariesh, Gagan, Lovanya and Gowda at front office. Chefs Mr Ranjan and Babu and especially captain Mr. Prethivi and Mr. Prabhakar are always handy in helping and taking care of the customers. I believe and conclude that the culture in Citrine is quite Homely. MD needs to be complimented for nurturing this culture at Citrine.

Indeed hotel Citrine is a home far away from home. The staff are welcoming and warm, good food , cozy rooms. I'd definitely come back and also recommend it to someone else looking for accommodation in Bengaluru.

Citrine Hotel Bengaluru is a very good Hotel which is located close to ***y of main places of Bengaluru. Hotel is always neat and well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious. Especially their staff are well behaved and always ready to help guests . Especially their front office team like Ms.Lavanya,Mr.Mahadev,Mr.Gowda and Mr.Gagan always make us feel home. The location of the hotel is well connected as there is a metro station near by and railway station and Majestic bus stand are very close. Even private buses could be accessed easily from Anand Rao Circle. Even though it’s located in busy Seshadripuram,Once you are inside the room ,it’s quiet.

Comfortable stay always in Citrine Hotel. It's located in a good location. overall service is excellent staffs are good. front office staff always helpful and kind-hearted in bookings .it's my regular hotel not only for the stay even for dining and for functions also. I'll refer to my friends & relatives also.

It was my first stay in Hotel Citrine .it was very good maintained. Staff are very helpful 'service was good .I have requested for late check out for my room for that front office staff supported very well .it was pleasant stay I'll refer my friends also
