Minuses: - very poorly maintained! - Wifi - had to call person 3 times to connect successfully my 3 devices... bad connection - constantly off and on... 21st century... kind of important... - Lenovo ipad in the room (wanted to check menu) was powered off.... 'face slap'.... and maintenance person failed to plug it and charge... got printed smelly menu... - Lights were on and off all the time. Every 15-30 mins.... due to power cuts... so my video conf call was funny with me disappearing in the dark all the time... - Ac was on and off all the time suddenly even when no power cut.... - woke up at 4 am cause lights suddenly went on with Ac together.... could not sleep after that... - Failed to get any proper apologies.... - obvious lack of ***agement here.... Literally one of worst stays i ever had.... feel so dangerous with electricity situation... what about short circuit??? Fire???? Seems like super unsafe, haunted house...... i felt Like i am in the video production of prank... will never be back and would not recommend to anyone.... Stayed in 3 other hotels in Bangalore - non of them have same issues....

I stayed in this hotel on December 2022 for two nights on Christmas day with one of my girlfriends. Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to accommodate our twin bed request, but they assigned a non-smoking room for us. Check-in was swift and all the staffs are helpful. During the stay, we requested multiple items like hair dryer, iron , ironing board and safety locker. The staff delivered each item without any hesitation and I am unsure about the guy's name but he is North Eastern and bold. He was indeed a gem. However, the room does not include a 24/7 hot water supply, hence, if you are a person who loves to shower at random hours like me, may find it a little uncomfortable. Our stay was short but we still wanted to have a road trip to Mysore and the FO person by the name Saravanan arrange the day-tour for us. It was easy, reasonable priced and we got a good driver. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk away from Trinity Metro Train station, close by to a coffee place, pizza hut and 10 minutes to G***da Mall. Overall, its a good stay and I won't think twice to stay here again..
