All the services were very good. Only one thing which disappointed me the most was that they took a deposit of 6000 baht from me when i checked in. And i did not use any services and when on my check out i asked for the refund of my deposit they said it will be refunded back into my account and the amount will reflect in next 14 days. This is the first time that i have experienced that a refund for deposit would take 14 days. Generally it is refunded back immediately . Hoping that it reaches to me soon.

Our stay at Sathorn Vista Bangkok was exceptional. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. My parents particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily access key attractions. The sauna, pool and gym were great perks for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and my parents were very pleased with the comfort and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Incredibly helpful receptionists! Jun and Tao were very polite, considerate and helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, my son was not feeling too well and they were exceptionally helpful in providing us a room at their earliest convenience……very much appreciated under the circumstances. Good hotel with excellent rooms.

Amazing stay in this hotel with great support of the reception desk for advices and services. Swimming pool very nice at 5th floor with fitness room. Located closed to night markets and shopping malls.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Hotel is getting old but the cleanness is good. Furthermore, Mr. AE at concierge is really friendly and helpful, he kept smiling all the time which could make guests feeling warm.
