The sound of motorcycles on the roadside is just the traffic in Bangkok, and it can't be changed. Apart from checking in and checking out, I feel like there is no service available, and there is no water delivery service at night, nor welcome fruit.

It’s a nice comfortable hotel with good view of the city at the 50+ floor bar & restaurant. Difficult to find hotel entrance if you are walking from BTS station/Sky Walk into the huge Central World mall. Go up to 7th floor go inside Tops supermarket & look for a door to carpark & walk over to another door to access hotel lift to lobby on 23rd floor. Alternatively go outside of Central Mall to the ground floor & look for hotel entrance at the back of the mall to take lift up to 23rd floor hotel lobby. Excellent central location if you don’t plan to go outside of hotel & Central World mall (which has so many food options & shops & departmental store) much, as it’s quite a walk to go down through the huge mall & walk to Chit Lom BTS station. Can walk via Sky Walk to Siam BTS station & Siam Paragon & also to Platinum Mall. Can take from Chit Lom BTS station to Phaya Thai station & change to Airport Rail & vice versa.

With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

Disappointed! It was my 2nd time staying in this hotel for 7 nights , but was so disappointed. The 1st night was being itching in the bed & couldn’t slept well. I requested the house keeper to change the bed sheet, then ok for few days. On the 6th day, I went back to my room after breakfast. I discovered that my room was being opened and nobody inside or around. The room was cleaned and tidied. Definitely, the house keeper didn’t closed the door then ran out. It’s a shock to me! Again I was itching on that night. It seems that they did cleaning but didn’t change the bed sheet. I had taken photos of my neck with bed bugs wound and given to the check in counter.

On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

This is a pretty lovely place to come stay as tourist for a couple of days. Its many attractive features include: (1) location. Less than two minutes’ walk from national stadium BTS. Note that if you come with older folks, there is a lift - look carefully. (2). Room. We stayed in the residence which is around the corner (note - you still have to check in at the hotel, not at the actual residence cos there’s no one manning the station there). They will send you with your luggage there on a buggy. All rooms are suites with balconies (good for drying clothes!) and come with a washing machine/dryer (with powder provided), kitchenette (with a new wash cloth and detergent provided), electric stove, microwave. Four bottles of water are provided daily! Aircon is strong. Wi-Fi is strong. (3). Breakfast (at the hotel). It’s an ala carte buffet in addition to a decent spread of items. Service is fast! (4). Massage. I’m not referring to the hotel spa, but the little shop across the hotel. Reasonable prices, so if you don’t want to venture far, just come here. Above all, your stay likely won’t burn a big hole in your pocket!! This is not the kind of place that will blow you away from awe or spectacle. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time outside your room, plus you want to save some extra money for expenditures, yet you want to enjoy a medium level of luxury and comfort, then this is one of my top recommendations in BKK (I visit BKK yearly, sometimes twice).
