I had a fantastic 2 nights at this hotel, it was amazing. Everything feels so modern and brand new. The staff from the moment of arrival were so friendly. The room was modern design, nice bathtub & the most comfy bed. The fitness centre was well equipped, so well designed and thought out. Swimming pool was amazing too, really unique design. The breakfast buffet was excellent, such a wide variety of dishes. The muffins were amazing! The location is also great, 5-10 minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS and Emporium mall. I haven't got a single negative about the hotel, honestly it was a perfect 2 night stay.

hotel is great for kids and families. separate bedroom for kids to nap/ sleep without disturbing them. came here with 19 month old kid and he loved it hotel is not the most modern but it is well furnished and very comfortable. huge king size bed, well equipped kitchen, sofa, toilet space. hotel staff service quality is excellent and they are attentive to details hotel location is great and they provide free tuk tuk transport to nearest shopping mall / skytrain station surrounding food options are excellent and we especially enjoyed walking around to explore #bangkok #marriotthotel

Everything was good, my usual hotel whenever i visit bkk. Only downside was the inability of the restaurant to handle morning breakfast crowd for the egg station, the faulty coffee machine and the overcrowded space which then have to be sitted in a makeshift room for breakfast with lack of service. The breakfast experience was a damper from day 2 onwards.

This apartment is a must-stay while in Bangkok.Its my 1st time in this apartment n it left a great impression right from the 1st day i checked in.Got a 2-bedroom unit n yes luv it as its fully equipped with wat i wanted.A washer dryer so tat i do not haf laundry when im back home!!!kitchen amenities n yes location!! Walking distance to the BTS stn prom phong n also Emporium,Emquartier just nxt to it.Hilton hotel just opposite.. very safe plc to walk ard at night too!! I chose to stay in this hotel becuz of the rating and the location… however, it was quite a disappointment. Check in took me a bit time because I arrived earlier than normal check in time… but they let me check in earlier and gave me a room… which was good… However, when I checked in my room, I was doing make up in the toilet and I didn’t hear the bell rang… the staffs of the hotel opened the door with their key and I was shocked… they called the receptionist to ask what was wrong and I could not understand what was wrong… They told me” madam it was okay!” Obviously it was not okay for me! Then 2 mins later, a receptionist called for some gift for another guest they left in the room. I saw it when I checked in but I didn’t touch it…so they wanted to come to my room and get it. I said okay. So they came to get it. At night, I was in the room. I noticed somebody(guests staying next door) was trying to open the access door which really scared me. Like someone wanna break into my room. Luckily I booked just one night… I don’t think I would ever stay in this hotel again. It is not worth the money and also the facilities are very basic.. like they were trying to time some normal apt into a service apt… however… if you are planning to stay for short term, pick a proper hotel!!!

What we like this hotel best is the location, you can walk to EmSphere, Emquartier and you have everything around you. The staff are helpful, when we arrived at our room which smells of cigarettes, they changed for us immediately. However, it is an old hotel, so don't expect the amenity and facilities to be brand new. I think also the walls and windows are thin, so if you are very sensitive to sound, you will have to bring ear plugs.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station. The transportation is convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water are great! The breakfast buffet is not particularly rich in variety, but it is sufficient. There is a small swimming pool on the fourth floor platform, which is quite clean. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but he can communicate in English, and the bellman is proactive and enthusiastic. In short, everything is good. I will stay here again!

Excellent stay at this hotel, except it is getting a little run down. Enjoyed the cookie at check-in. Breakfast buffet is great. Staff all friendly and efficient. Located close to Phrom Phong BTS, but the 5 min walk there takes you through some seedy Jap massage parlours and the pavement is non-existent. It's OK for adults but I wouldn't recommend it for small kids and the stretch is definitely not stroller-friendly. Plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby, and the EmQuartier/Emporium shopping malls have all the brands in them.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apar**ent. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and very modern. They have international charger provided. Good for family as they have children play area, service is good but they dont offer or suggest which place/tourist spots to go to.. the staff get our room number and said they will check for us but i think they forgotten to get back to us. Though it is near to thong lor station its not a walk in distance; still a long way to go.. they have shuttle bus every hour to send u near mrt station. Otherwise, u have to book your own transport via grab or bolt. In summary, we enjoyed our 5days stay in the hotel. 👍👍👍 may i suggest to have more foods selections and also u may suggest tour package or day tour package provided.

Hotel was vintage, most of room amenities were not refilled unless requested for. Water stopper and clothes line was not working . Room has mouldy odour. The carpeted floorings seems not being cleaned and shampooed for ages. Food wise is okay but lacked variety. Service staff are friendly and the location is good.

This place almost ruined my vacation. I get there shortly before 2 PM, which is the check in time. I find out that, despited having provided a credit card during the online reservation, they did not charge it and that I need to pay them with cash. I settle the bill and after 5 minutes I get my key to the room, which was the very first one on the ground floor. First thing that I notice that there aren't any windows. In fact, none of the ground floor rooms have windows as far as I could tell. This is really depressing, as the room has a prison cell feel to it and you never know what time of the day it is outside if you do not look at the clock. Also, the room looked awful. The pictures online were representative, but they also had to be at least 10 years old as well. Everything in the room was worn out. The walls had stains on them, the plugs couldn't to hold properly the European style chargers, so they did not always charged my devices. The security deposit box was missing from the room. When I asked about it, they did provide me with one. Needles to say, it was not fixed to anything, so despite being locked, you could take it away without problems. Locking it was also problematic, there was a key to it and a number pad, but no instructions. In the end I have decided not to use it. It was also too small, my 12,9 inch iPad couldn't even fit in it. However, they did recommend using said box because they do not assume responsibility for any missing valuables. But, since they do not clean the rooms on a daily basis, you don't have to worry much about that. In fact, you have to request your room to be cleaned (?!). I did it once, early in the morning, around 8 AM. I wanted it to be cleaned by 2 PM, which seemed a reasonable deadline, given that it is also the checking time and one would assume that the staff would be able to clean everything by then. To my surprise, at 2 PM, my room was untouched. I had to remind the from desk about my request and they did a rush job afterwards. The staff is not that helpful. Some of the front desk girls try to be friendly, others do not care at all. Also, there will be bugs. When I reported the insects, I have received a can of bug spray with the instruction to return it in the morning, but nothing else. The wifi was also problematic, doesn't always works, except for the front desk. The walls and doors are thin, and especially on the ground floor, you will be able to hear everything that is going on outside of your room. On the positive side, the location is rather good, the AC is working and you have your own bathroom, such as it is, on the cheap side. Also, if you are into such things, the staff doesn't seem to mind if you have guests of your own. But even so, the rooms are generally depressing and the service does not with its pay. Honestly, I think that I would have been much happier with a modern and clean hostel. I might have had to share the room/bathroom with other people, but at least some minimal standards

Had a very nice stay here. Near to BTS (they also offer free shuttle service to BTS), it also has a lot of well-maintained facilities, such as pool, gym, coworking space, sauna, communal room, restaurant, and more. The helpers here are also kind and well-mannered, one of them named PUP, as he helps me with the porter service and helps me repackage my stuff into a box.

I stayed in a standard room. It was nice, clean, and I had great service during my 4 night stay. I always received top ups on the shampoo, soap, and coffee. The location is great, minutes away from the Emsphere, Em Quartier, and Phrong Prong station. The only gripe I have was about the gym. It was tiny and almost every machine was out of order. The pool is not bad though. Overall if you are not concerned about the gym, I would recommend this hotel. Asides from the gym I give it 4.5 stars.

Located less than a kilometer from BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Phrom Phong, this lovely little piece of beauty right in the middle of Bangkok certainly did not disappoint. Well-decorated, well-thought of and well-maintained, we had honest to goodness memorable stay here. People are lovely, attentive and kind. Rooms are of decent size, AC was working well, wifi was fast, pillow was nice, bed was soft and ok to my liking, there was a mini fridge, showers hot enough, window providing lovely Bangkok views and TV with cute Thai channels. Will defo be back here. I had a lovely stay here.

As a family of 4 we found Kaze 34 to accomodate all of our needs. Spacious, clean rooms, BIG fridge (not teeny tiny ones!!) kitchen with stove, kettle, toaster and cookware. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom and staff were kind enough to supply a drying rack in our room. (ironing board and iron also provided!) The beds were super comfy, AC working very well too. The rooms suitable for our kids, they loved it! There is a secure carpark available and even a FREE tuk tuk service to the BTS stations or K/village/Big C. Could you ask for anything more!! The Tuk Tuk driver was absolutely lovely too. The location is very central for access to anything around Phrom Phong/Thonglor areas. Grab drivers also find the location easily and you can be anywhere along Sukhumvit within 10 minutes or so. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and looked after all of our requests and needs with the kids. A wonderful extra big THANKS to them!! There is a rooftop area and also a gym and sauna (we didn't use). The price was very reasonable for all of this. The soi is quite and peaceful, no road noise could be heard. Again, staff are so lovely, they really made the stay warmer and happier! Thank you!!
